A1 Garage Door Service review: Upselling and price gouging

when my garage door wouldn't stay closed a tech came out and installed a whole new unit to the tune of $4000. It looks nice, has a camera etc. But it opens on its own and had the tech back several times that evening in which he finally had to unplug everything so my garage stayed closed during the night. Saturday morning another tech fixed this new system I am disappointed and frightened that I won't be able to leave home without worrying the door ghosts opens. Alot of stress for that huge price! So customer service put it back on the tech. $4600 is a rip off, not the price quoted and the tech that day said "oh people dont understand this is above what you agreed to." So now I go to the local TV help line, the AZ AG, and social media to explain how an eldery woman is being screwed over . Especially since it took 2 days and 2 techs to even get it to work and I STILL have no invoice. I never knew I was getting new everything. I believed parts were being replaced and NOW I discover the BBB has numerous complaints for this exact practice. Shame for fleecing the elderly.
