The managers in (DSP) dispatch have no clue what they are doing — AT ALL! They have it in them to scapegoat their own people who listen to their BOGUS instructions and don't even know what's more important to the company in terms of what work the techs need (what keeps the lights on). The management team in Dispatch Phoenix office; i.e. Matt Peterson and Rowan Brandes have no clue what business takes.. have no clue what they are supposed to be doing to grow the business, have no clue how to coach, have no clue how to achieve the heights you set for them.
They are idiots.
Matt Peterson thinks he is a God of Golf and NEVER rolls his sleeves up, can't lead and I personally think might be too intellectually challenged to be a leader. He is WEAK as a man and he is a COWARD (case and point the "man" hid from the office the day he fired his prize horse).
They fired me for their faults and their direction and have no spine. You're going to clearly RUIN Tommy's business and you should be fired IMMEDIATELY to save it. See you after life, Matt Peteson.

That sounds like a gut punch, and being fired for their failures is unfair. Before you do anything else, send HR one short email asking for the written reason for termination and a copy of your file. That single document protects you. Then file for unemployment immediately, because the burden is on them to prove misconduct and your record of following instructions works in your favor. If you have texts or emails showing you were told to do something and then blamed for it, save them somewhere personal. You are angry, and you have a right to be, but put that energy into the paperwork that actually pays you back.
