My garage door was failing to close and was noisy. I called A1 and arranged service to diagnosis the issue. The technician arrived, on time, was friendly and professional. He informed me my rollers need to be replaced, I agree, without asking for or receiving a cost estimate. I had seen commericals for roller installations offering $195. My bill was $825.

Claimed loss: About $600 over normal advertised prices.

Desired outcome: A refund.
