I was really happy with the attic inspection on 2023-05-25 by ***. He was friendly, fast, efficient, and really knew his stuff. He answered any questions I came up with and gave me a lot of extra info too. If I need attic services again, I'll call RPM because of this visit!

Great sales pitch. They were really friendly. But, there was a little hiccup. They forgot to seal the bag of mineral wool they removed, and guess what? It ended up blowing all over my driveway and lawn. Not cool. They promised to send me photos of the completed job, but I never got any. I even tried suggesting that maybe their installers needed some training, but they blocked my email address. Can you believe that?

We just got our attic insulation done by RPM Groups and it was a great experience. The guy who explained everything to us was really good and made sure we understood what needed to be done. The two guys who did the service were amazing and super nice. They even cleaned up everything afterwards. I would totally recommend this company and the salesperson who came to our door was really honest. Thanks to everyone involved!

A RPM rep came to our house to offer a free quote. I was already lookin to get quotes so I made the appointment. The Technician came the next day between the hours that we had discussed and was very friendly. She had her own ladder and went up into the attic without making a mess. To my surprise, she said that we had enough insulation to meet code at this time and that the 2 inch top up would not be worth the money that this time. She suggested that we have someone (not pushing RPM) to re-inspect it in 3 to 4 years. This kind of honesty from a company is worth gold and I will call RPM back for my next inspection.

I gave 1 star because zero ain't possible. I was lookin' for quotes to replace my attic insulation. I already had some quotes when this RPM @ Home Team guy knocked on my door and asked if I wanted a quote. So I said yes, and a "technician" came the next day. This technician was the first (outta all the companies) to ask me 'bout the square footage of my house, and he seemed annoyed when I said I didn't know. He wanted to see my other quotes, but I said no. He didn't have a ladder to get to the attic, but luckily I had one, so he used mine. He measured the square footage inside the house, like the other companies did. But unlike them, he first gave me a price per square foot ($380), then said if I hired 'em this week, he could lower it to $280 per square foot. Then he added tax and told me the total. The total was way higher than what the other companies quoted. And on top of that, he said I had to decide right away. He said he could wait for 10 or 15 minutes if I needed to make a call. I asked if I could think 'bout it overnight and let him know the next day, but he only gave me 10 to 15 minutes. That didn't seem trustworthy to me, so I said no. I don't make decisions under pressure like that. The other companies gave me written quotes that I could keep and were good for a month. I will say the technician was polite when I said no, and he just took his papers and left after sayin' a quick goodbye.
