On Feb. 4, 2015 I enrolled in a real estate training course package through 360 Training in the amount of $439.20. This package was advertised to include all of the courses required for a real estate license from the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). I was notified that I would have 90 days to complete all of the included courses. I logged in to the course portal and immediately noticed that 2 of the courses that were required by TREC to obtain my real estate license were not provided. I emailed the customer service link and inquired into the missing courses. I did not receive an explanation but instead received an email receipt from a 3rd party vendor for the missing courses. I proceeded to take the courses, but on Feb. 12th I received an email notification that one of the included courses would expire on Feb. 17th (only 5 days of notification). At the time I was out of the country and rushing to take the multiple hour course on short notice was not feasible. I communicated via a chat session with a representative on Feb. 17th explaining that this was not feasible and I would require a refund. The representative agreed and told me the refund would be issued in 24-48 hours. On Feb. 20th I received an email and the subject line was: REFUND DENIED I have enrolled in another course and ask that this charge is refunded as this vendor is acting with a complete lack of ethics, not to mention not adhering to rules of being a merchant for VISA.
