360Training.com Customer service is horrible

Well I ordered 38 courses in bulk. I received 28 and 10 were missing. I contacted them and they made the adjustment so I was able to continue studying. I had to refresh several times and by doing so it picked 1 course twice. I contacted the support team and they wrote this...Nov. 22nd, 2022 is when I contacted via email. They contacted me Nov. 29th.

Marielle T: Our records also show that you purchased two SILA: Effective Goal Setting for Business and Personal Success courses. Instead of canceling your duplicate enrollment, you may also consider transferring it to anyone who might need the same certification.

ME:I am enrolling in these courses for my personal enrichment so transferring SILA: Effective Goal Setting for Business and Personal Success isn't an option for me. There's no one to transfer it to. Please refund the fee for this course OR give me options of another course in comparison. Maybe a "Drugs and Alcohol in the Workplace" course. I've spent alot of money on your courses and hope for a resolution soon.

JANUARY 25TH AND STILL NOTHING. I spent over $1500 on courses over a years time and they don't even have the decency to "right a wrong". They will sacrifice a repeat customer over a $24 course. NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE... SO SAD. They ignored me and don't care about their customers. 2 MONTHS AND NO EMAILS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED FROM THEM. I planned on more courses but I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION AGAIN.

Desired outcome: PLEASE REFUND!

Their software is terrible.

After 10 minutes the application automatically logs you off. If you didn't remember to hit save you will lose all time spent. I spent over two hours on a class and took a call that lasted 14 minutes. I was logged off and lost all time spent.

I called support and was told there was nothing they can do.

I asked for a refund and was denied. I asked to speak with management and was left on hold for over an hour, I finally hung up. I called the next day and was told that someone would call me within 24 hours. The person who called was rude and told me there was nothing they could do.

I had to invest in another service provider.

Desired outcome: Refund., I did not use the class and had to spend money on a better service provider.

360Training.com Real Estate Courses

Hello!

I'm filing a complaint because this website is irrelevant to what I need to be tested on for the renewal of my real estate license SAE courses in the state of Texas. So far I haven't passed ANY of my classes I study days on end and have taken them multiple of times. I passed the State and National exam on my first try 2 years ago when I got my license so I know I'm not the issue at this point. I have them asking me stupid questions about someone's IQ and what color makes you feel a type of way. I'm not a shrink or a psychiatrist, I'm a realtor. I'm asking for a full refund so I can spend it on a creditable website that can help me get to where I need to be. I have invested too much time and money and for this to screw me up is unacceptable. After doing my research this past week I have read multiple complaints about the tests not being relevant to the course work and study material which essentially sets anyone up for failure.

360Training.com Real estate ce course

Took a core law CE course online via this company. Weeks lates my completes course has not been reported and therefore I cannot renew my license. My license is expiring in ten days and 360 “customer support” is telling me that this course is not set up yet on the regulatory board’s reporting portal. What!? They can’t tell me when this will be resolved. So now I need to purchase the same course with another company and retake the entire course/pass the exam! 360training/VanEd=Shoddy company.

Desired outcome: Update my CE results now.

The absolutely worst online training course that I have taken. After reading the entire body of work and listening to the audio and passing all the quizzes, It said that I had not enough seat time. It said that I only had 19 hrs of seat time and that I needed to go back and... I don't know,,, look at the screen for another 11 hours before I could take the final exam. I found the material very redundant, repetitive. Sitting through this course was torture. I have taken many online classes for work and this was, by far, the worst. I will NEVER take another course with your company again. I will dissuade my company of 55 employees of using this company again.

dont buy it its a scam. they take your money then the course doesnt work and when i called customer service they said it takes 8 hours for the course which is [censored] when asked for a refund they refused and i still had to buy another course

360Training.com Paid for product, never received certificates. NO customer service.

I am a small business owner in an industry that requires multiple certifications. In the past we have used 360 training for a few certs without issue. We all recently had to get another certification, so myself and my employees used 360 to obtain the cert. After completions NONE of use received the certification. Their website stated the course was not complete. After multiple emails and phone calls, with ZERO customer service, we still havent received the certifications we paid for. I will absolutely never give them another dime. I will personally warn all others of this terrible company and to steer clear. Not only did we lose out on the time, I also pay for all training time, so i again will have to pay for another class through someone else, and pay my employees for their time as well. I am beyond dissatisfied.

360Training.com Real Estate Salesperson for NY

A truly awful course. Typos and grammatical errors galore. But that would be forgivable. What really was galling was the fact that the content is thrown together so poorly that a section introduces basic concepts, advances, then reintroduces the same basic concepts, advances, but reintroduces the same basic concepts... They threw together material from other sources in a negligent way. And they refused to refund my payment even though I had gotten only 10% through it.

360Training.com Real estate courses

I purchased continuing education courses or real estate. I have had trouble logging in. I have to open an incognito window to gain access. Their system times out while I a reviewing the course material. I tried to take an proctored exam. The first time I waited 20 mins. The second time I waited an hour. I reached out to customer service to find a resolution. One person told me what she "thought" could be the problem. I asked again for a resolution. I was told they were doing the best they could with the pandemic and she ended the conversation. I reached out again to customer service. They tried to troubleshoot, actually asked me to troubleshoot including checking the internet speed. After it was determined that the problem was not on my end, I requested a refund and they refused. I asked to speak to a supervisor. After explaining that I was physically unable to complete the exam, they still refused to give me a refund. I asked to speak to the that person's supervisor and was told, "I am the supervisor". He also would not listen to me but raised his voice and spoke over me. Also, I continue to received marketing emails from them although I requested in writing that they quit sending those and unsubscribed.

360Training.com Worst Training Platform Ever

360Training.com's learning management system is the worst platform that I have ever used. I have completed probably over 2, 000 continuing education and other classes online and this was by far the worst platform. It took me 3.5 hours to complete a class that only offered 1 credit hour. I reached out to them asking for a refund and they said their policy is to not refund classes past 72 hours from the time of purchase. I get that, but when a 1 hour credit class takes 3.5 hours to complete and you can clearly see that I haven't used any of the classes, it seems like complete bait and switch to me. I do not recommend this company at all. There are a million other CE providers out there that offer better classes in a much easier learning environment with information that actually helps you in your career.

360Training.com food safety manager certification and exam bundle

On 12/12/2019 purchased the food safety manager certification And exam bundle. Order number: [protected]. It took me 8 hours to finish the course and you can't unlock the registration for a Exam until you finish the course. It wasn't until the early hours of 12/14/2019 did I realize there wasnt a testing center close to my location. I talked to call customer service but it was after hours. I was unable to get ahold of customer service until 12/16/2019. Agent Francine said there was nothing they could do because it was after the 4 day refund policy. I explained my case. She did not care. I asked for a supervisor she gave me several excuses before putting me on hold for three minutes. Upon coming back she told me supervisor Marie would be calling me. Still no call. I would like a refund

I applied for a job with 360training.com in Austin, TX. Liz York, HR recruiter with 360 contacted me to schedule an interview. I selected the days/times I was available, which happened to be the following day. In the email she stated she would let me know when the interview was scheduled. She did not. I emailed her at the end of the day and she immediately replied (bonus). The following morning I emailed to inquire whether the interview was in-person or on the phone (was not specific in the email she provided). She stated it was an overview of the position and getting to know each other and that she would call me. The interview was scheduled for that afternoon (9/26/19). She never called, I waited for over 30 minutes. I was hoping to receive an email with some type of explanation. I didn't receive one. I contacted them via their "chat" option on their website asking how to get a hold of the HR or Operations Director (neither have contact info listed on the website or LinkedIn). In fact, Samantha Montalbano, COO & Managing Partner, doesn't even have a LinkedIn account, that I can find. Andrew Stross can only be messaged on LinkedIn if you have a premium account. I still have not received any type of communication. I believe I dodged a bullet by Liz's inability to do her job.

360Training.com customer support/ real estate course

I wish I had read reviews of this company before I decided to get their product. They have a very bad and rude customer support. They are only interested in getting your money. Do not use. Go somewhere else!
The course I bought was misleading and not what expected. There is no help, and customer support makes fun if you try to ask a question or resolve an issue.

360Training.com osha training

I completed their 30 hour General Industry OSHA certification program. I never received an OSHA card. Upon calling them, they offered to issue a replacement for $59. They were unable to provide a tracking number or any other such evidence that they actually shipped me a card in the first place. So as it stands I've spent $250 and 30 hours of my life and received nothing to show for it, other than a PDF certificate from the company and a bill for an additional $59.

360Training.com real estate sae courses

I have been currently trying to get all of my sae courses for real estate. My license renewal is at the end of november! I have done two full 30 hour courses now with this awful company and cannot pass the final exams to get my certificates due to the ridiculous content and off the wall questions that are on these exams. I would really like to know if anyone has passed these ever. I have now taken one courses final exams 8 times! Panicked is an understatement! I have contacted the provider and spoken to her and the 360 training customer service and no help was given! I even asked for a refund so I could spend my money elsewhere in hopes that I can complete these credits by my expiration date. Any help is appreciated!

I am having the exact same problem and the support with this company is horrible. I have a learning disability so have a hard time testing to begin with, they don't care. I am still trying to fight this to get money back to go elsewhere. I sure hope people look at this forum before purchasing this ! I hope the above Texasrealtor ended up passing or going somewhere else. Feel free to reach out to me as I am pushing my Feb 2020 deadline. UGH

360Training.com interviewed for position, ignored for 5 weeks, then dismissed disgracefully

PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING WORK WITH 360TRAINING. I won't go into excruciating detail (unless you DM me at my gmail here), but in short the 360Training staff were rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional during our 6-week engagement as they interviewed me for a job that they said they would "consider creating" for me.

They asked me to do 3 hours of FREE work for a "technical interview, " then ghosted me for 5 weeks. I emailed 7 times and called 5 times, only getting a response 5 weeks later. "I am sorry, " he told me, "I will put this in front of my manager immediately and he should get back to you tomorrow." 8 DAYS LATER, and I had to call twice more just to get a response.

What was the response?

"I didn't like the work you submitted, but I'll let my boss decide. If you DO NOT GET A CALL in the next 2-3 days, then consider it a REJECTION."

Who DOES that? Who "rejects" a candidate after 6 weeks by simply NEVER contacting them?

I am now instantly empathetic of the dozens on Google and Glassdoor that report that 360Training has "terrible customer service."

Not only do they have "terrible customer service, " but they don't even treat their own employees (or at least interviewees) with any decency, timeliness, or respect!

I can give more details to those who are curious. I just want everyone to know that my interactions with CredForce America have been far more positive, and I would be happy to hear people direct their patronage towards their platform insteand.

(Note: I am adding screenshots of EVERY message between the two of us over the last five weeks. I called them 5 times afterwards, including on October 10, 17, 19, 22, and 24 before getting them to pick up).

I have called/ emailed multiple times to then receive a mediocre reply. The math course has two screens in which both claim an access code is require. The option to even see content other then the introduction pages are unavailable. But yet everyone be keeps telling me I have full access. This is incorrect and I need access to course I paid for. Thanks

360Training.com customer service and possible scam

Do not trust this company, they run a scam where they will take your money for training, then not issue the physical card you have purchased (that in some cases is required by law to have) claiming they sent it out and will offer a reprint for $89.00...no card can cost that much to reprint and ship.
Had this happened just to me i might believe it was a mistake but i have heard from at least 5 others in my industry that used them and have not down their cards only to have the same "offer" presented as a solution. Use any other company. Plus in a side note their app crashes constantly so if your doing training and are taking a final test that only gives a limited amount of retries, if it crashes it counts as a try. If this happens your alotted times your only choice is to re purchase the entire course again...another scam possibly? I well be informing my entire industry to stay away from this company for ANY training.

What horrible customer service. The issues started right off the bat. I purchased a course that had 5 ques. When I entered my account I had no courses at all. I tried the live 24 hour chat line no one was there all night. I called customer service while trying to get some on the chat line the next morning at 8. After finally getting someone on the chat line...

I do not know if their training syllabus is the same in all courses; but I can tell you that the real estate licensing course is terrible.
