Website does. It work/ customer service unknowledgable
You sign onto the website, with a working password. You cannot view the material. Customer service takes 2 days to answer wirh reset your password, the site still does not work, customer service tells you to contact your proctor, we’ll that was on 2015, it’s now the end of 2023, o trying to complete CE credits. Horrible site amen customer service.

Poor customer Service
They never answer the phone no matter how many times you call or stay on the line. They are "always" experiencing high call volumes. SMH I am supposed to schedule a protected exam for EKG Technician but they DON'T answer at all. I've tried to go into my account and it says it's invalid! What kind of service is this?! I have been calling for days now and no one seems to even lift a finger to pick up the phone.
Desired outcome: I would like to know at least if I will be ablate continue with them or not.
