I paid for 12 sessions up front for a personal trainer. I would meet and have a trainer for a couple of sessions and then they would no longer be working at the 24 I went to. So it would take a few weeks, if not longer, to find a new trainer that fit my needs. After a few sessions with the new trainer, they would leave as well. This happened 4 times in the year I had sessions. I also added more sessions to my time durning this process, which I was heavily persuaded into. After 24 hour closed for the shut down, I had 3 or 4 sessions left that I have paid for. I have called and written many emails during this time to try to get my money back, but there has been no response since march 2020. I would love to get my money back, but this company has always been terrible with costumer service as well as how they treat their employees.
