24 Hour Fitness — bad customer service
I have been trying to put a hold on my membership for several months; each time they tell me that the freeze was put yet keep charging my card!!! When I call to ask WTF - they tell me that "their records do not show that a hold on the membership was requested." I have called them, I went there personally, I submitted several e-mails - same song and dance - they keep charging me!!! Plus, they are ALWAYS RUDE! What a bunch of ###s - I hope they will get a class action against them soon!!! Running their business like that - I hope people will figure out what a bunch of ###s they are and put them out of business.
