My experience with 21 Mortgage has been overwhelmingly negative. I found the company difficult to work with and felt that helping customers was not a priority. Whenever I tried to discuss solutions or options, I felt like the conversation quickly shifted to warnings about default rather than finding a workable resolution.
I was especially frustrated with my interactions with representatives Howie and Tara. In my experience, the communication felt excessive and stressful. Even after I had already spoken with them about my situation, I continued to receive frequent calls, often around 7:00 p.m., which I found repetitive and unnecessary.
Instead of feeling supported as a customer, I felt pressured and unheard. I expected professionalism, flexibility, and a willingness to work with customers facing challenges. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend 21 Mortgage and would encourage others to carefully research their options before choosing a lender.
