We hired this company to help us start up a home health care company in New Mexico. Almost immediately we had problems with our assigned case worker, Lisa Murrell. She wouldn't return phone calls, she made mistakes and I would have to send her the information for the parameters for New Mexico. I eventually asked politely if we could have a different helper. The next week I tried to call Paul Gates only to find out that he was no longer with the company. Neither was Lisa Murrell.
We were given a new worked, Kim Conkle. Initially she was great. Really on the ball. It seemed like things were much better. Then, today, I found that I am unable to find their website. When I attempt to go there I get a message that the site can not be loaded. The phones don't work either. We gave them about $14,000.00.

Recommendation: I doubt you CAN use them, their website is down, the phones don't work. If anyone out there has had a similar problem you can contact me at semberlyn@gmail.com. There may be power in numbers if we want to try to get our money back.
