This company from start to finish was knowledgeable, respectful, and was up front about costs. Even when there was a hiccup with financing they figured out what needed to be done. The roof was done in a day! They came on time and left my house better than they found it. They even cleaned my gutters! I would recommend them highly.

My experience was great. The inspector came over and she was fully knowledgeable. I knew I needed to replace my roof and she explained everything to me about roofing. The dumpster and materials came on the date we agreeded upon and the guys came and did the roof in one day, including clean up. I'm very satisfied with everything. Would recommend to anyone.

They were a team that was cohesive and worked together as a team. They're supervisor *** introduced himself when he arrived and explained whay would be done. They were efficient in everyway including cleaning up afrer themselves. Rhe salesman *** was very knowledgeable about what the company was selling and explained everything in detail from start to finish.

Cant get in touch with any one to fix problems. Only one contact. only voice mail. only 4 calls to day. No call back? Want to settle with them in good time. Roof letting in water.! Call phone numbers only Voice mail. ? Sent pictures no call back ? They wanted more Monies. Not till fixed, or Another roofer fixes it, thin will deduct monies from there ***.!

I would say these are the most truthful and honest people.New roof was put on my house but my gutters have been damaged by contractors.So I called GutterHelmet, who installed original gutters, and explain situation.The price they gave me was of $ 9,000.When I forwarded that invoice to Dream Home, they reimbursed me without any argument.Who would do that in today's world? Only honest and professional people.I thank them for what they do.

Dream Home Roofers replaced our steep roof in June .We gladly recommend Dream Home Roofers based on the following:- Marketing representative ***'s professional and knowledgeable visit to determine the necessity of replacement - Roof replacement was performed in a very timely and careful manner - High quality materials and dumpster were delivered as scheduled - Grounds were protected from possible damage - The crew's stamina and quality of work was efficient and noteworthy - Clean-up was as expected and promised

My experience has been great so far. My roof was done last Friday, JULY 29, 2022. The Sales Representative and Inspector, VINNIE, was very nice and knowledgeable. My Wife and I knew that We needed to replace our roof. VINNIE explained everything to US about roofing. The dumpster and materials came on the date we agreeded upon and the guys came and did the roof in one day, including clean up. I'm very satisfied with everything so far. At this point, I would recommend DREAM HOMES to anyone who is in need of a NEW Roof.

From the beginning the sales rep explained everything that they would do to complete our new roof from the material and dumpster everything came on time the crew came the next day on time very respectful to me and our property they covered everything around the house they took care to not hurt my plants they even asked if they could play the radio the clean up was better then I thought it looked better then before they started they finished the job in one day amazing could not ask for more would highly recommend this company to everyone you made this project easy for us thank you

I really had no major issues with this company. I spoke with no than four companies and found them all to be suspect when it came to integrity. I had some small issues and everything got resolved to our liking. Of course I wouldnt Pay them until it was resolved. My suggestion. Do not pay any of them more than 50% until everything is 100% what they call complete. Ask a friend to inspect their work. If its not right refuse to pay until its correct. Also. Remember. Local municipal governments recommend to not pay the final 10% until 100% satisfied. If they pressure you call your township inspector for guidance.

I had an amazing experience with this company. Originally, I was not looking for a roof. I just figured I'd get the inspection because you never know, but come to find out, I needed it desperately. They came in and showed me everything that was happening along what needed to be done in order to fix the problems. They were extremely patient with me and my husband. They worked everything out so that it was affordable to us. I'm so appreciative of everything this company has done for us. We got our skylights repaired, new gutters, and a new roof with an amazing warranty. Couldn't ask for anything more. Would absolutely recommend this company

The guys were wonderful! They arrived at 6:30am and immediately set about stripping off the old shingles. They replaced the wood in a few sections, then set about putting down the underlayment and metal edging to subvert the rain water. Their skill and professionalism speaks for itself in the job they did -- it looks beautiful! I now have a new roof that any homeowner would be proud of -- they even managed to re-attach the rain gutter in the rear, which was partially hanging off and needs to be replaced. They put my 3 giant potted plants on the front porch back in place after thoroughly cleaning up all the debris from the old roof. I highly recommend them. Four gold stars and three quatloos!

DO NOT GO WITH THIS ROOFING COMPANY! They take advantage of elderly people and refuse to fix the problems that they created. These issues have been ongoing since February 2022 and the skylights that they made leak are still leaking and now, the insulation around them is probably ruined. My elderly mother needs to keep buckets under the skylights even when it isn't raining because water is being retained and drips through even on Sunny days! The company has failed to reach out to us to correct this other than to say they would do repairs for an additional $3,000! For a problem they created and for a couple on a fixed income, this is unacceptable. This is only one of the issues that we have had with this company since they had my parents sign a contract that they have not honored. Zero stars if possible!We have contacted the ComplaintsBoard.com as well as the *** and have had no response from the company to date.

I think the company are a Rip Off con - men. Their Inspector came out and inspected by Roof and found a cracked rafter and sheeting that was all wet. He told me that they do not do any framing work and issued me a contract that has a lifetime warranty. I spoke to several friends, and we all agreed that this is warranty is void as soon as the roof goes up, as it will fail without fixing that rafter first as i already have a dip in the roof at that location. numerous calls to their office only resulted in them sending a project manager out and he did not even go *** in the attic to see the problem as he did not even have a flashlight... The only person that gives me any attention is the gal that answers the phone, the Inspector / Salesman has not even bothered to contact me. i spoke with the material delivery driver and he also told me that their customer service is horrible. now i got to fight and get my deposit back, which probably means going to court.

a scam. Showed at my house without a requested appointment. Started at $26k for estimate and quickly knocked it down to $13k after they heard I had an estimate from another company with comparable materials and warranty for under $11k. They were able to cut 50% with a marketing pitch to take pics and put a sign out front to advertise. Saw another customer complain of this and they replied that this is not their business practice when it 100% is. What good is a 50 year warranty from a company thats only been around for 1 year? They wanted commitment on the spot to lock me in at that pricing. I told them I could make a decision after discussing with my spouse and would get back to them within the week and that wasnt well-received. I assume they wanted to get my credit info and take a deposit and I had to become rude and forceful to end the conversation. Pressure tactics, no business cards, no written estimates, no letterhead, nothing. All of it is extremely fishy! Go with your gut- if something feels off, it most likely is. I texted the salesman later that night to let him know we were going to go another way, and thanked him for his time (that I hadnt requested), and he never even responded.

I would offer zero stars which ComplaintsBoard.com does not allow and encourage anyone contacted by them to run as fast as they can. If you do engage them, get a printed copy of the agreement and take it to an attorney to have it reviewed. The roof itself is fine. It is their business practices that are not. The salesman, what they call an "inspector" will do anything to make a sale. He was half an hour late and I was almost out the door. I wish I had been. I was told he would be here for half an hour. He was here for two hours. I asked if there was a home nearby where they had recently installed a roof. I was told "Plainfield" which is not close and not safe. I had recently (within days) had mold remediation. I was told I might consider getting soffit vents. I asked the "inspector" if they could do that. Conveniently he did not put it in the agreement so that was not done. The "inspector'' said my roof would not make it through the winter. There were no leaks so I doubt that was true. I asked that the workers not stomp on my roof. He said "no, no, they don't do that". They did not do that, BUT they dropped heavy rolls of material on my roof that shook the entire house, knocked my smoke alarm off and the spackle off a number of the nail heads.Oh my gosh, the one he pulled about financing was a doozy. I told him I did not need financing. He said if I paid the entire amount off within 90 days there would be no finance charge...not true. I get an invoice in the mail. I come to *** charges started ringing up the day my roof was installed. There is more to that story.I have much more to relate, running out of characters. One is the "concierge" at the time was unprofessional. Two, it took three weeks to get the dumpster out of my driveway. They could not pick the phone up. I called the dumpster company myself and it was gone. Their excuse? It snowed in So. Jersey. It did not snow here or in No. Jersey where the dumpster company is.

If I could offer zero stars, I would. Worst and most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. First, the original price I was quoted was wrong because the marketing person did not note that I needed all layers of my roof replaced and new plywood. Apparently, he has never done roofing before and was a lawyer in his past career. The second marketing person came and quoted me a high price but knocked it down to appease his marketing manager and wanted to me to do a positive review in order to get the price down. Third- apparently I made their jobs a lot harder because I wanted to pay cash and not go through financing. I was waiting for my home loan to go through and they would not hold the price for me until my loan came through. The guy made a phone call to his boss and said they would take a good faith deposit of $100 and when I was ready to schedule my roof, All I simply had to do was call their concierge. Once I received confirmation of when the monies of my home loan would arrive, I contacted the concierge and set up an install appointment. A few days before the expected install, the concierge asked if I was still supposed to have the funds of my home loan in by my install date. I confirmed it and asked what the amount was due and confirmed it was the total amount agreed on minus the good faith deposit. The day of the install, no one showed up. I contacted the concierge and she stated that they needed a 1/3 of the deposit down before they could send anyone out. This was the first time I had heard of this. So I explained that I was giving them a check for the remaining amount at the time of install like I was lead to believe. The concierge said that is not how we do business and we will have to receive the money first before install. They wanted a credit card or check to clear the first 1/3. I explained that I do not have a credit card with a limit that high so I needed to do a check. I was told that they would put me on the schedule once the monies had been received in their account. I sent them the check for the remaining balance via FED EX. I received another call from someone in their office explaining that I had been put on the schedule again even though they had not received my check. I again asked, why and was told that they had everything they needed to get started since I had sent a texted picture of my check. No more than 5 minutes later they called again to tell me that I was taken off the calendar because they had not received my check and cashed it. The next day their work crew shows up to begin work missing additional materials. They begin to walk on my roof then they get into their work van and leave. I called the company and come to find out they called them back because they still had not received my check but assured me that the additional materials that they forgot from the original order were going to be delivered today. Talk about a comedy of errors. I have since called the marketing rep and he gave me excuse after excuse but assured me he was going to speak with the *** about this because he prides himself on communication and that I was resolved of my marketing "promise" because my experience was less than ideal. I urge anyone looking to do business with this company to find someone else. They will hold you hostage to their ploys for positive marketing for better pricing. That and their staff have no idea what the other is doing. Never will I work with or recommend this company. Your money is better spent elsewhere!
