Zucorahome review: Service

I Purchased a sofa from Leons Furniture store. The sofa color was light-colored and at the time of purchase the sales person suggested purchasing a protection plan from ZucoraHome. When ever I called ZucoraHome for service they told me there were so many exceptions.  2 times they sent some products and asked to try by ourselves. The product they sent was not useful and never removed stains. They tell many exceptions to provide their service. They said after stains we need to inform them within 21 days. Next time I called and informed them immediately and they saw the pictures sent by me and said based on their experience those stains were not recent stains. They ask us many questions and say not covered under service and keep on giving exceptions for everything and never provide their service. This plan is not a useful plan and unnecessarily wasting money for this plan. I strongly suggest not purchasing protection plans from ZucoraHome.
