Terrible shipping/delivery service
The product is ok and I would recommend it. My issue is their shipping process. I’ve had two separate incidents, one where my order didn’t get processed/shipped out for three days after I placed the order so with the shipping time it was two weeks to receive the order. My second incident is still ongoing. This time it shipped out within 24 hours of the order being placed. On this order they used Amazon shipping. The last update (based on the tracking number) said it’s been sitting in one of their centers in Texas with no estimated delivery date. I contacted Zox only to be told if it wasn’t there by Friday then they’d have to submit a replacement order. Doesn’t really help me much considering they were birthday gifts for this Saturday.
Buyer beware when you are placing your order as their shipping/delivery service is terribly unreliable.
Recommendation: If this is a gift (birthday, Christmas, etc) I’d recommend ordering at least a month before the due date. That gives two week for delivery and if it isn’t there by then you have time to shop somewhere else for a replacement gift.
