Hello,
first time facing with such attitude from customer service and problems in general with order on Zooplus.
I placed order on 27/09/2025 on Zooplus.de, but biggest part of order has not been delivered till now.
I reached to customer service for help but even they do not help!
Order was split in two packages - one was delivered on timely manners bot the biggest one i cant lactate till know with food for my dog and cat.
Costumer service ignoring my mails already second day in row. My complain ticket is Ticket [#[protected]]
