We received a bank statement with a PayPal charge for $185.02 for annual subscription renewal. The charge posted April 27 and the bank statement was for the period April 15 through May 15. Allowing a few days for delivery through the USPS, I reckon we received the statement May 17. I spoke with my wife May 20 and called Zoom immediately to cancel the annual subscription and to request a reversal of charges (i.e., refund).
The agent advised me that the Terms and Conditions of the subscription stated that once a charge was billed, it was non-refundable. A supervisor parroted the same line. I cancelled the service and again requested a refund, but to no avail. I tried again June 4, but with no success.
Terrible policy. Terrible customer service.
Recommendation: Stay away from Zoom!
