I Have tried and tried to get Zoom to STOP taking monies out of my account, but NO they have not, and I am getting very annoyed, I have had many, many emails with the support Team. I stopped my Zoom account in July 2025, and STILL, they are taking out a monthly fee.
WHY, WHY has no one helped me on this, I have provided Zoom with screen shots of my bank account, my name and still nothing.
Claimed loss: $53.98 US dollars
Desired outcome: For this to be stopped and my monies refunded
