It is impossible to get a hold of a live agent to get a problem resolved! My account is locked and the only option on the website is to chat, which is AI and it just kept telling me the same thing over and over. I can't log in so it won't connect me with a live agent. I finally found a phone number on this website and called it, and again AI telling me the same things. If I could get into my account I could resolve the issue myself, at this point I'm so frustrated that I will just find another platform to use...

Desired outcome: I would just like to be able to speak with an actual person!
