Zimmerman Investigative Services helped me gather sensitive evidence for my divorce case. He was a consummate professional- punctual, trust-worthy and efficient. He readily communicated and provided both detailed verbal and written follow-up for my case. He has ethics and acts with integrity. I had multiple lawyers during the course of my divorce who were neither ethical nor acted with integrity. It was obvious they were only making promises to gain financially. In the midst of a 'messy' divorce, I found myself in need of evidence to submit for my child custody case. I was seeking sole custody of our two daughters with limited visitation for their father for several reasons, one being excessive alcohol use, for which i needed some kind of proof. After contacting 3 (very dramatic) private investigators who, in my opinion, should be on a 'popular' tv show, I began to lose hope in the whole idea of a private investigation. I decided to give it one more shot. I called Zimmerman Investigative Services, LLC, in Sewell, NJ. I spoke with Robert 'Bob' Zimmerman and almost immediately felt a connection. Bob listened to my story and sympathized with my situation. He gave his thoughts and ideas about how we should proceed. We discussed exactly how he would carry out the investigation and agreed to a start date. Bob contacted me the night before to go over the details. During the investigation, if he was able to, he briefly contacted me with updates. That evening, by email, I received the full report. The report was extremely professional, filled with detailed information. There were plenty of pictures each of which was stamped with date and time and were very clear. Bob repeated this investigation two more times, gathering an abundance of evidence to prove my case. He missed nothing. I was extremely satisfied with his work.
