ZestAds overcharged on order

I would like to cancel BOTH of these orders and obtain a refund. (B2) STP-142-02

ZestAds mirror cam aka vehicle black box dvr

I ordered the front mirror / rear camera combination recorder. I was sent the wrong product! I was sent a single mirror camera.

I would request a phone number to contact someone personally to get this matter resolved. Don't send a cheaper version replacement for products ordered! This is bait and switch, dishonest and false advertisement!

ZestAds bitwatches

I ordered two of the above yesterday. I received no confirmation email & despite several requests i have still received no confirmation from you.

I have emailed what subsequently turned out to be an erroneous email address.

I then tried using your customer complaint page from your website. Once again I have had no response.

The watches are for a family member recently diagnosed with MS and his partner. They are health fanatics and the watches would have been a wonderful surprise for them. Unfortunately I have resigned myself to the fact that this will not be the case.

I would therefore request an immediate refund.

I'm having the same problem. I ordered the same products. I paid through PayPal. I ordered these items on Sept. 23, 2019 and it's now Oct.21, 2019. I would like to have a refund.

ZestAds acupuncture mats

I am very disappointed in your company taking advantage of people and not honoring my request to cancel the order shortly after I had ordered it.

I had ordered ONE acupuncture Mat and when I went to confirm the $59 charge I was charged for SIX mats at $275!. I have contacted you several times to tell you to cancel my order and you sent the items anyway. These items are inadequate. This is fraud/scam, because I did NOT authorize you to charge my account $275. I have not opened the items and wish to return them and get my money back, please! I have contacted my bank and PayPal to help with this situation.

ZestAds I am complain about my dronex pro

Hi team, I am unsure on what your shipping term is but as far as reading it was 14 days was the max but I purchased my drone over a month ago and I have still not received mine nor have I received a shipping document of it. If you are not going to provide the product I have paid for. I'm Herve Delly. so please I want my money back. Is not fair, it's look like a scam, a fraud.

Amen Partner, I ordered my Drone X Pro over 20 days ago, I have tried to contact the company but found out that in order to get any information (ANY INFO) I would half to Pay an additional service charge BEFORE I could talk to anyone at this place I didn't pay anything more, I've already spent $105.90
And heard nothing, I'm not throwing good money after bad. I ordered it through PayPal so I went ahead and registered a Claim against this company, so we will see, if I remember right I believe this company is located in Malaysia, so good luck with that.

On August 2, 2019 I ordered two hearing aid amplifiers from you. They weren't sent out until August 22, 2019. I didn't receive them until almost a month later. When I opened the package I noticed how large the pieces that go behind the ears. They are so large that they don't fit comfortable on my ears. The smallest earbuds are big for my ears and the volume on the lowest setting is very high and can't be lowered. I want to return the products and get a full refund. Thank you . I look forward to hearing from you.

ZestAds flexinsoles

Hi I just Purchased an order for 2 pairs of Flexinsoles, but when
I went to click to pay the order was for 5 pairs
I wish to cancel the 3 pairs that were ordered and keep the 2 pairs.
But by reading all the complaints here it looks like I don't have a chance of
a refund, also I noticed that there was a pre-approved payment in Paypal
set up by ZestAds Limited and I only saw this by accident, there was no mention of this anywhere on the page that I ordered from.

ZestAds inner soles for shoes with silver beads in them.

I placed an order on September 24th 2019 for one pair of your insoles with the silver beads in them, I can't wear them at all, they hurt my feet I can't wear them. I tried to mail them back to you yesterday at UPS but was told it would cost over $100 or even more to ship them back to Hong Kong. I would be very happy to send them back but the cost for $43.94 item it's just way too high for me to send back if you can help with the shipping I would be happy to send them back please reply to my response the total was $43.94 thank you very much Carol Taverna

ZestAds drone x pro

Hi team,

I am unsure on what your shipping term is but as far as reading it was 14 days was the max but I purchased my drone over a month ago and I have still not received mine nor have I received a shipping document of it.
If you are not going to provide the product I have paid for (I have receipts available), then I want a refund.

ZestAds lifebit watch

I ordered a lifebit watch after watching the commercial on Facebook. After losing my father to cardiac arrest in July I think the Swatch would help me c premature signs that something is about to happen Witchwood give me the time I need to seek medical attention whether it be got to the hospital or call 911 and have the emergency medical technicians help me. I paid $114 for this watch and I have not received it I'd like to know what you're going to do about it either refund my account or send me my watch.

ZestAds black xlarge cellulite leggings

On Sept 26th I order a product online with paypal account, recieved The product today oct.11 2019 product was to small, product tag was in the front area. Very poor material with the stitching. Product was defective. Try to call to file a complaint but phone number was incorrect doesnt have another way to call merchant to solve this product. I want to know how I can get reimbursed because items not correct. Very unsatisfied, very upset.

ZestAds perfect back

I ordered Perfect Back medical device on Sept. 4, 2019 (order no. 006348FD3D). Product no is RP-189-01. The device arrived from China on September 17, 2019 with no instructions of how to put it on or how to use it. I looks too large for me. I have tried to find an address or phone no. so I can return it and receive a credit for $40.92. Finally I filed a dispute with PayPal. They told me they looked into my complaint and that the seller refused to accept my request. So now it is up to me to fight this. PayPal gave me a contact address of payment@gadget-leaks.com. When I went into this site, it doesn't have this back device listed. The entire thing seems to be a scam because the product isn't worth $40. I am so sorry I didn't look into this further before I made an order. What do you think you can do for me? I have given you all the information I have. [protected]@verizon.net

ZestAds not received product

At 5th of August I ordered a Hearing aid via internet. The model was (B1) STP-127-01 .
The transaction ID: 64305453UY346663V
I paid via Pay Pal $154.90 USD and here is the problem.
I paid via my spanish Pay Pal account but Pay Pal used my address in the Netherlands and this address is not existing anymore. At the time I paid, I did not check the address (my fault). Please can you look into this and try to sent me this hearing aid again but now to the following address:

ZestAds smartwatch from; shipping address for recent order

Order number D0ED01E011 shipping to wrong address and nobody is responding to update address. If forced I'm going to cancel it via PayPal or my bank directly. There needs to be a means of communication be it email, chat or phone but, as it stands I'm getting zero responses or assistance. Zestads lists various email accounts but respond to nothing so far.

Placed an order and used PayPal now Oren is about to ship to wrong address and I can't contact anyone to correct this. I need some way of contacting your company or I will have no option but to dispute purchase via PayPal as the item isn't ever going to reach me as things currently stand.

This product has been returned to the above address on 9/5/19 via US Int'l Post. I have not received any email or credit pertaining to this...Item was originally ordered 7/21/19. My credit card had been charged...where is the credit...Please advise ...the item in questions was ordered by mistake, and according to paypal I could not have it cancelled...Why? So I waited to return it, costing me $55.00 in postage, and I still have no resolution! Please advise

I purchased these 3 iPhone charging cords using PauPal for $38.51.

For some unknown reason these cords were apparently sent to

That was reported to be the same as my husband purchased for me and I cancelled this purchase within 12 hours.
It is still showing on my credit card statement which arrived this morning.
I contacted the service site in Ireland this morning and they gave me phone numbers which I tried and was left on the line for over twenty minutes waiting for a customer service person without luck.
As I cancelled this item within a very short time of purchase I expect a full refund to my credit card within 24hours. I have also opened a complaint with PayPal with regard to this matter. I WOULD APPRECIATE AN EMAIL CONFIRMING THE REFUND BY CLOSE OF BUSISNESS TODAY. REGARDS P

ZestAds 2 usb type c order and paid for not delivered after 3 months

Ordered two of these virtually unbreakable phone charging leads and payment went through PayPal on 31st July 2019. It's now October and no goods delivered and the shipping/tracking information never came either. I want a full refund of the $26.76 immediately please and an explanation would be good too. ZestAds phone cable

I recently purchased a cable, then on checkout they have an upselling option, which i accepted, which was for 3 cables, as clearly marked in the shipment order, however only 1 cable was sent and received, then going through the disputes resolution team was a complete joke, after supplying copies of the reciepts and shipping orders, i am sure i was dealing with a computer, as its very hard to send a picture of the defective product when the product didnt arrive, , , buyers beware, , , if there is an issue, you will have no recourse!
