Zensign Global CEO Akhil Raj Arimbra from Kerala, India, is a scammer and is connected to organized crime. Buyer beware. He has a pending court case against him for drug trafficking and a credit card skimming case against him in the UK. This guy works with organized crime syndicates from India & UK. He pretends he works on your SEO and will use your cPanel to host organized crime and credit card fraud.
We’ve been working with this Zensign Global agency for over six weeks now, paying $13,000/month, and the results have been abysmal. Aside from a few superficial “optimizations” that barely qualify as work, we’ve received virtually nothing of substance. No clear strategy, no meaningful on-page improvements, and certainly no ROI. We received fraudulent charges on our company credit card as soon as they billed us.
They were incredibly convincing during the sales process, responsive, knowledgeable, and full of promises. But the moment we signed, everything changed. Communication slowed, deliverables were vague and underwhelming, and the quality of work was shockingly poor. It felt like immediate buyer’s remorse. Our customers stop calling. Our rankings sank. Our site became a cesspool of spam.
Two major issues stand out:
Lack of Deliverables – We were promised a comprehensive SEO strategy, but what we got was a handful of generic suggestions and recycled templates. And fraudulent charges on our company credit card.
Zero Transparency – No clear reporting, no accountability, and no explanation for the lack of progress. Akhil Raj Arimbra, the coward, ghosted us after we confronted him about the fraudulent credit card charges. He somehow skimmed our credit card and was using it in nightclubs across the UK and India.
At this point, it feels like we’ve been misled, robbed, and taken advantage of. I would strongly caution others to think twice before signing with them. There are far better agencies out there that actually deliver on what they promise. BUYER BEWARE!
