To Whom It May Concern,
On April 9, 2019, I went into your store located across the street from the Galleria in Dallas, Tx. While there I decided I wanted to purchase the large cuddler chair, an L-shaped couch and a few accent pieces. I wanted to purchase all of these items in preparation for the new home I was building (which I closed on this week).

The only thing slowing my decision to make the purchases on April 9, was that I could decide on the shade of gray I wanted. The sales representative offered to have swatches mailed to me so I could determine which shade would look better against the wall paint in the home that was being built. He shared that it would take 7-10 days for the swatches to arrive.

Here we are, May 9, a full month later. The swatches have NOT arrived, I have closed on the home and I have no furniture ordered.

I am extremely disappointed with ZGallerie for over promising and under delivering. Sales staff in all the stores need to be trained on how to do what they say. It is unfortunate that a company of such great prestige, cannot keep their word on something they proactively volunteered to do.

I look forward for a response so I can better understand zgallerie's perspective.
