Y&G F2P review: Post two packages

I bought through amazon two packets of seeds. They have arrived from China without any names of the seeds. I don't know what they are.

There are no instructions on how two plant them and when. Is this illegal, It could be cannabis. But its not. Surely this is wrong. I am a professional garden and grower. I was looking for some unusual plants seeds. So what can I do. Is it worth contacting Amazon?

Please let me know what I can do or what you can do.
