Received a package today what looks like a boiled egg warmer. I did not order anything other than my usual Amazon, which all have been delivered correctly. The label underneath says insulated gloves, which I have not ordered.

Interestedly though, I have just moved address so whoever got my details is from a recent order and the only recent order was from this company...who incidentally I made a complaint to Amazon about for selling electrical goods in the UK without a UK adapter and forced a refund under the Amazon guarantee.

I ave received a dress in the post which i have not ordered and I don't know where it has come from. How do i send this back and how do i know if I have been falsely charged for this? There is a whole thread on this company but no resolutions, what is going on? And where do i add my contact details so that you can get hold of me? Does anything here actually resolve the problem?

I purchased an Alpha x Pro drone having seen it advertised on TikTok. Product seemed genuinely with detailed commercial showing the Drone in action & offering a sale price of £40.99.

I received email confirmation of my order & a second email with a tracking number.

Today I received a package from Y&G F2P containing a pair of cheap earrings with a customs label stating their value as USD 0.36.

Paid using ApplePay, how do I get my money back?

I received a parcel with the wrong name at my address. I check with neighbours and no-one of that name lived locally. The parcel had a customs label on it but a UK return address which I thought was strange. I then read the customs declaration a bit more carefully and it said utility knife. I didn’t feel comfortable sending a knife in the post so decided to open and it’s a strange plastic paw shape with a button at the back which extends a razor blade out the top of it! I’ve now googled the company and see there’s lots of complaints against them. Not sure what to do now.

I ordered 2 large metal dragons for the garden at a total cost of almost £39. The company advertising them via FB marketplace was 'GorgeHugo' based in Staines. I eventually received a package which contained a 1 small broken resin dragon of very poor quality. The label on the package shows that it has come from China via Y&G F2P, Southall and it says to return to this address if undelivered. Customs declaration shows value as $10.
I contacted GorgeHugo via email but got no response so went through PayPal resolution centre and eventually was offered a full refund from a company in China but only after they receive the broken, unordered goods back which will cost a min of £20.
Then researched Y&G F2p and found many complaints about then so have reported it to PayPal. They must be making a fortune out of this scam.

I saw the advert on Facebook and the boots in the advert were genuine Dr Marten Boots and stated the original price which was £189 and they were on sale for £56. I ordered them and they arrived this morning. These boots are not Dr Martens and not even leather or even the correct size. This is disgusting and scamming particularly at this present time is disgusting. I have worn Dr Marten's footwear for over 30 years and have never been so disappointed.

What i received was some sun glases in a case no good to me .

Advert on facebook advertises in the form of a video showing a woman opening a pallet of amazon overstock items saying all these items can be obtained for a cost of £29.98. I Ordered amazon overstock pallet of goods for £29.98. received a cheap charge mini speaker. Facebook and Paypal must be aware of the number of complaints about this company yet they still allow payments.

I just received a mini Charge 3 + speaker which I never ordered and I would like to know how these people gets my details:-
It says if undelivered return to a local address in Southall but it has a customs label? so if it is a local company why is there a customs label? These people are fooling someone and company into sending stuff to people saying it is commercial samples which it is not this is absolutely crazy.

Y&G F2P to be heavily fined and forced to stop trading

Ordered denim shirts apparently from a company called Tifcase via Facebook. They were denim shirts and appeared to be American.

I ordered four of them and the total order was over £70. I was told delivery would be 5-7 working days. Approx 1 month later and they arrived. They are not denim, but cheap thin tee shirt cotton. They are massively smaller than the size on the genuine website and will not fit on me at all. The packaging is covered in Chinese writing and the return address on the packaging is Y&G FZP in Trident Way, Southall UB2 5LF.

There is no phone number anywhere and the email provided returns uncontactable.

I wish to obtain a full refund, and if possible help to shut down these scam companies in the UK.

The seeds sent were not Gloxinias, I returned half of the seed which I had not sown together with a photograph of the plants that had emerged. Definitely not Gloxinias. There should be 100 seed but the packet contained far more and did not look like Gloxinia seed.
The resultant plants were nothing like Gloxinia plant, which should have fleshy leaves, single stem plants, theses were more like trayling plant, have not flowered ye.

Paid $30 for saw on special offer and received pair of cheap gloves valued at £3.65. Cannot get in touch with this scum to sort it out. Paid via paypal but on reading other complaints about this company, I do not think I will get much satisfaction. Why are they allowed to cheat people with impunity and why do people like yourselves do nothing about it?

Bought a doll with clothes and when it arrived it had no clothes, no manufacturer label and no test markings. Nothing like pictures and Hair falling out already. and it Burns so totally illegal. Luckily my wife paid with PayPal so will start action today and will report it to Trading Standards.

I purchased 2 x led strip lights, their add shows them to be around 50cm long, on arrival they are 8cm long? Cost to me £42.00p! Packaging label states value is 77pence! Disgusting have been scammed out of £40, these scum must be stopped, have emailed them but no reply?

On 11th October this year I purchased from a Facebook ad the above item. I paid £16.33 for this item and today 23rd October I received a packet which seemed to be empty! When opened, there was a sticker which was of the musical Christmas tree and no ornament. There is no delivery note in the packet to know who to contact. There is a return address if undelivered, Y&G in Southall but many people say that this does not exist so I am very reluctant to return sticker to the address for a refund. Also, there is a customs & excise label on the back saying that the sticker is valued at $5 dollars... My PayPal shows seller as ZZRAYSCOLT. Please can you help me to locate these people so that I can get a full refund.
