Cannot remember ordering anything for that amount and do not know what the connector was for.
Please refund my monies as soon as possible so I can change my personal information as I feel I have been hacked.

Received empty package. It says on customs declaration Crystal ball at £5.95. Senders name Davis with the address Y&G F2p, Unit 5 Trident Way, Southall UB2 5LF. How to find out if charged for this non existing item.

This guys are SCAM I paid for wrist watch but got delivered an empty box.

I received a small packet with a label on a spool on its own, I also had to pay £11.19 custom charges
which was delivered on Tuesday 20/07/2020 CHARGE NO: GV480134027GB and I do no know what it is.

I ordered a radio controlled helicopter as advertised on FaceBook what arrived was not what i ordered, instead it was a diecast model that i could buy in any toy shop.The customs declaration bore no resemblance to the contents in neither weight, value or description, when does a helicopter become a doll .I
have messaged and mailed to Y&G F2P in Southall but as yet no response, perhaps Customs and Excise might like to look into it.This not the first time this has happened to me in the past.
I ordered a radio controlled helicopter as advertised on Face Book 3 weeks ago What arrived in a battered condition was nothing like what i ordered.It was a small die cast model that i could have bought in most toy shops, and probably half the price. The customs declaration describes the contents as " Little Doll", with a value of USD 13.92 but not a helicopter that cost 4 times that. There's a scam going on here. I have mailed the company in Southall and messaged them---i'm still waiting, perhaps Custom and Excise should know!
