I recently bought a pair of pants from Yesstyle and it turned out to be too large for me, which is okay since I would just have to return it and get a refund as Yesstyle credit. So I went to the post office and sent the pants back to Yesstyle's U.S. shipping agent located in California. I live in Kansas, so the time for the pants to reach CA would be at most 1 week. After that, I assume the shipping agent in CA will automatically ship my item back to Hong Kong for refund (according to Yesstyle's return policy information). So I waited and waited for over 3 weeks and they still have not emailed me yet! Does it really take that long for the office in CA to send my item to Hong Kong? Or did they lose my item as they send it to Hong Kong? Would they be the one responsible for that? I seriously do not know what to do now? Wait for 1 more week? It has been 3 weeks (the time for which I received my item was 1 week, so why should it take more than 3 weeks for the item to be sent back?)
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

You need to send them your tracking number and RMA number otherwise they won't refund your money. I send it by insured mail just so I can have a tracking number. What I do notice is that they take another 10 dollars off your order when they refund your money, so the whole idea of free shipping is a total scam unless you plan to keep what you purchase.
So did they finally receive your returned item? I have the same problem here. Sent a package over two weeks ago from Utah to CA and nothing.
You didn't send the item back by express but normal mail. For me returning items from USA took 2 weeks to a month for them to recieve it. For me Hong Kong would take longer by regular mail. I don't know I usually send my stuff straight to hong kong with a tracking number. I usually email them first so they know its coming and it wont be a surprise. I've never gotten an email from them unless I emailed first. I only saw my money back in my bank from my account. They never informed me.
