Xfinity Stream is the worst service of all. Commercials play perfectly, but programming? Constantly drops either the sound or the video; doesn't want to play both consistently. As soon as your show returns, one or the other is lost. They blame it on the specific provider, or your connection or your WiFi or your TV. They take no responsibility and don't seem to do anything to improve the service. And you are forced to scroll through countless channels in which you have no interest, just to try to find what you are seeking. Honestly, who designed this service?! It's impossible to discern how much of your bill is for streaming and how much for WiFi, nor can customer service tell you. We are exploring YouTube TV and intend to drop Xfinity. It's simply NOT worth the price.
Recommendation: Take a look at YouTube TV or Sling. Avoid Xfinity altogether, if you can.
