I have been attempting to create/access my account since 8.7.26 when my HR sent the information to verify employment for housing thru a veterans group that also needs to be verified thru the housing agency.

I spoke with a worknumber agent 7 days ago after being unable to login to my acct. I was told 3-5 business days I would have access. The agent today 8.20.26 had no idea I had called. I have spent over 3 hours on calls and waited 2 weeks to get a ticket number today. 8.20.26 - and a tentative 2 work-day resolution time which puts us to next Monday 8.24 26

I was supposed to move in one week from tomorrow. 8.28.26 But i cant access(mean the landlord cant access) any on my information.

This may cause me to lose my current housing and NEW JOB if I do not have a home with ethernet connected internet for my remote job. The work number is causing me incredible stress and potential financial harm. For a company with a class action lawsuit in the last 2 years. You'd expect an uptick in quality & service. But I guess not.
