The help phone number is 1-800-996-7566. It will not accept any entries with voice or pressing a selection number so just constantly repeats. I cannot figure out any key combination to get a service representative.
There is no email address for support either. I cannot obtain any of my employment data because it wants to send a code to phone numbers I no longer have.

Recommendation: If you can speak to anyone, publish online the secret to getting a real person.
