DawnTravels review: They provided trip for the wrong day

I paid money for the travel package, which I have found on the website www.dawntravels.com. I transferred money and waited for the confirmation info. But the rep mixed something and provided the trip for the wrong day. I started to call them and asked to change the day, but it turned out that it was too difficult for them. The rep was rude and he started to find some other excuses, why he couldn’t help. It was strange for me and extremely unprofessional.
