Hello, I would like to report an incident of fraud that took place with my wise card and credit card. At no time did I authorise any payment to be sent out. I was contacted by Worldremit in relation to a refund with a company called Shapermint. They stepped me through setting up an app with WorldRemit and guided me through what I believed to be a refund.
