This is just a database of other musicians who tried to use it and were disappointed and lost money.

Completely useless. Waste of time and money. This is close to being a complete scam.

And here comes the bonus: I asked this company to delete my account and all my data. They didn't. I asked again. Nothing. I wrote an email. No response. Again, again, again. My data are still in this useless system because they just don't let anybody go.

I've been using BandMix for about 7 months now and I gotta say, it's been a pretty sweet ride. At first, I was just using the free version of the site, but it didn't take long for me to realize that I needed to upgrade to the full membership. And let me tell you, it's definitely worth the 12 bucks a month.

Since joining, I've met a couple of really cool dudes who have led me to not one, but two different bands. One is a classic rock band and the other is a country band. Now, I wasn't necessarily looking for either of those genres when I first started out. I was really hoping to find a funk band, something along the lines of Graham Central Station. But hey, sometimes life takes you in unexpected directions, right?

All in all, I'm really happy with where I'm at now and I know that I'll eventually meet the people I'm looking for. So thanks, BandMix, for being such a rad platform for musicians to connect and collaborate.

BandMix ain't no fair playin' platform, let me tell ya. I done paid for the Premium membership so I could message some musicians and get my band goin', but the admin blocked all my messages! I musta sent out over a hundred and not one person responded or even looked at my profile. I was gettin' real frustrated, let me tell ya. Finally, I complained and they let one person view my profile. But that ain't right, ya know? It's like they don't like me for some reason and they're blockin' my messages. I only had the membership for a month and then I cancelled the renewal. Ain't no way I'm wastin' my money on that again. So if you're thinkin' about joinin' BandMix, I'd say save your money and save yourself a whole lot of frustration.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with BandMix.com. I was really excited to join and connect with other musicians, but it turned out to be a complete waste of money. I tried to post a video of my band playing, but no matter what I did, it just wouldn't work. I mean, I tried EVERYTHING. I pasted my YouTube URL into the box that said YOUTUBE URL, but it just kept telling me to paste my YOUTUBE URL into it. Like, what the heck? And then when I tried to manually put in the YouTube links, it still didn't work. So now, anyone who comes across my profile won't be able to see or hear what my band sounds like. How am I supposed to connect with other musicians if they can't even hear me play?

And the worst part is, there's no help. Every time I tried to get some assistance, it just kept telling me that I was doing it wrong. Like, thanks for the help, BandMix.com. I use my YouTube channel all the time and I never have any problems. So why is it so difficult to post a video on this site?

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend using BandMix.com. It's just a complete waste of time and money. There are plenty of other sites out there that actually work and won't give you a headache. So save yourself the trouble and find a different platform to connect with other musicians.

I have yet to find a musician to work with on this site. These people get a kick out of advertising themselves just to get messages and make themselves feel popular, but they have no intention of following up. It's probably because they are useless musicians or not even musicians at all.

We've had a lot of success with it and found some great musicians through the site.

BandMix.com is a website that is filled with a bunch of people who are trying to make it big in the music industry. Unfortunately, most of these people are just posturing and are not really serious about their craft. There are also a lot of egomaniacs on the site who think they are better than everyone else. It's really frustrating to see so many brain dead people doing the exact same thing for years on end.

If you think you have found a talented person on BandMix.com, good luck trying to make contact with them. Most of the time, they will ignore you completely. You won't know if they like, hate, or are indifferent to your music because they simply won't respond once they ask you to share a few files. It's really disappointing.

There are also a lot of fools on the site who don't even bother to have an acapella file singing anything. They are just there to be noticed, and it's really annoying. BandMix.com needs to have a minimum requirement of at least one audio file. We won't even get into video for these particular no file fools where they maybe sing "FK ME!" even out of key. Just two words.

Be prepared for someone to blatantly ignore all the great things you and your fellow musicians are doing and say, "Send me some clips to see if we're a good match." Are you kidding me? A good match? BandMix.com has a decent enough format, but limiting the already limited genres to just four is ridiculous. There are hundreds and hundreds of genres and sub-genres, but BandMix.com expects you to say "just rock" when you can't find "progressive classic" or "progressive pop" rock, etc. That's the rub.

In my opinion, BandMix.com is not geared towards ultra-pros who write, record, and/or perform anything original. It's set up for Joe or Kelly who are stuck in the same old, same old blues or what have you. I stupidly tried BandMix.com in my home state just in case there's anyone really serious, but I always resign the account after one or two days of asininity.
