They still have not cleaned my room and it's 5 days over the 14days. I spoke with Thomas and he said he would look into it. So today is the fifth day and he relays a message that I'll be back in rotation because my roommate refused service. Well that's a lie because I don't have a roommate which the person name he stated stays in 313.
Thomas is unprofessional and needs to take a class on customer service again.
The only person that is doing there job at the front desk is the nice young lady who works nights.
Only reason why Thomas made up a story because I called already and made a complaint Saturday which now it's Monday and my room is still not cleaned and he has not spoken to me. He has no managers skills and the district manager needs to be notified about his employee behavior and how he conducts this property.
There a lot more to be said but I'm not the only guest unhappy.
