WLY*CompleteSave.C review: We have not agreed to payments

This company has taken £15 from my daughters account for the last 2 months she is 15 years old and has not agreed to have these payments taken. I would like it cancelled and her account re funded please. I'm not sure why or how this has been set up there are no contact details to contact this particular company. I would like this to be resolved this is the second complaint I have made the first one I have had no acknowledgement from please help
