A payment I did not authorise
WLY*COMPLETE has took £15 out of my account this morning and i have not allowed them to do this or authorised it any way. I am a single parent to 4 children and every penny i have to account for in my bank account and for this to be taken out of my bank is completely wrong. I would like my £15 to be refunded and this company by the amount of messages i have read about investigated for this

Monthly debit bing fraudulently taken from my bank account
The above company have been fraudulently debiting my bank account via my debit card for 13 months. The first debit was In January 2020 and the last one was on the 7th January 2021. The amount debited was £15. Per month. Total debited £195.00. I have bought items online due to covid and saw this debit and Thought it was admin charges as it was an international payment. I should have checked my account more and could have stopped this sooner. I have never authorised these debits so how can this company continue to fraudulently debit my bank month after month. I have cancelled any further debits with my bank and they are going to try and get the last payment returned as it is showing as pending. So if my bank can get the last payment returned, they still owe me a refund of £180.00. I am a 75 year old pensioner who cannot afford these charges, as I live in sheltered housing apartment and live on my old age pension only. Please I need this money credited back to my bank account.
