WLY*CompleteSave.C review: I would like my £15 back !

I ordered clothing from misguided the other day, after I had placed my order it came up with a advert. It was something to do with signing up to have £16 something off your next order, I signed up after reading that it wasn't a scam and it got declined and wasn't authorised so I deleted my details and closed it off thinking it will not charge me. I receive a notification from my bank. Saying that this company had taken £15 out of my bank when it was never authorised or confirmed.
