Wish.comunauthorized charges to card for order I never placed

I got an email saying payment was pending for a recent Wish order. I had not logged in for a long time and didn't even have the ap on my phone anymore so I though it was click bait. Good thing I checked anyway because supposedly I ordered 2 smart watch bands for $95! I would never have placed such an order! There is absolutely no way I could have accidentally placed any orders since I didn't have the ap and didnt log in! I even had to look up my password to get in and cancel the order! They were trying to charge the only card they had in my payment information, which was thankfully empty! Im sure customer support will ignore my demand for answers. Everyone seems to say they don't ever get a reply from them for anything. Now it seems obvious why!!
