I want you guys to fixed my payment issue please so that i can continue buying what i want to buy from your wish product because i have a lot to buy for now please fixed this issue as soon as possible thanks for your considering my request i'm waiting for your feedback please so that i can continue with my shopping with you guy through your side thanks onces more.

Every time I put ink payment information, the same things comes up about a payment issue. I have bought several items from Wish ad have not had a pro. What is the problem? I have tried several times to submit payment. Nothing is changed, Credit card or billing address. Please advise when this has been resolved. I have seen severL complaints about the same problem.

I have spent alot of money on Wish over the last year and now suddenly they want my drivers license (which I dont have) and my bank statements. No way am I comfortable with that. Ive had my bank account compromised 3 times in the last 3 months. Too many scams already with just my debit card info. Why are they doing this? They are losing my business . And that cookies notice wont get off my screen while I'm trying to type here. 0

My husband purchased this item from Wish in November 2019. On Saturday 4th January he was walking back to his car when the strap broke and his watch hit the ground. Consequently the watch has a chip out of the glass now. We have had no success with customer service through the Wish app. Just been told that a refund cannot be made because the claim is not within the specific time lapse from date of purchase. We would like some kind of recognition that this item is totally unworthy to be a strap for such an expensive watch. For your information the purchase price for the watch was £449.00 and bought at John Lewis in August 2019.

We are totally unsatisfied with the response letters received from customer service and would appreciate a little more explanation and remorse/regret for this totally unreliable and poorly made product.

Last week I placed an order for other items I had planed to give away for Christmas, which I was unable to give, because they had all been canceled, which I just happened to see on your site. It's a good thing I had other gifts to give. Please, could you resolve this problem for me?

I also noticed on your site that Items I ordered as far back as October 12th, Oct. 23rd, Oct. 25th, 2018, were never sent, I was hopeful they would get here for Christmas of 2019, but no, maybe they will arrive in 2020.

I have had a bad run receiving what I ordered on wish, and even When I do receive it is the wrong size, color, etc. It's even been so bad that when I ordered a pick up item, which I had until December 24, my birthday coincidentally, wish refunded as I was getting to the store, and after driving fir 45 minutes was refused the product. So i have obviously been complaining alot...loudly. I have also been attempting the limited offer deals with no success, which is no big deal. Until recently. Usually wish will say, the order did not processing time, which is fine. However recently they said there's an issue with my payment, which there was money in the account for, as it was wish cash I paid with. I complained loudly on that because it was odd, and it seemed wish was screwing me over. Now a couple days after that, when I went to order some things, which says I cannot purchase anything will giving my bank account showing purchases, and photo ID my driver's license. That seems like a recipe for identity theft, and an empty bank account and now they will not allow me on until I give it to them, seems like they're trying to punish me. Is there nothing that can be done about this, as it is impossible to get ahold of anybody at wish except the robot. Thanks

I received an email from Wish.com, stating that my email had been to a whole new email address and the approval was sent to their email address. If I didn't request this I could go to the app or email. I went to the app, but was blocked because my account was now the hackers account info. I emailed the company and haven't received a response in 9 days meanwhile this hacker has access to me credit card info. Tried the phone number which is also a joke in that it redirects you to email and app. They advertise 24/7 customer service online ---9 days later I disagree! They leave you stranded and offer no help just ignore all my concerns.

I went to make my payment and was asked for a screenshot of my order and was told a customer service representative would contact me in 1-3 days. I did receive an email but they are acting like they have no idea what I am talking about and asked for the email address I used to open my account with them. I told them it's the same one I just used to contact them!

I placed an order on December 3 2019 I've gotten part of my order but I've not gotten the rest of my order I've never gotten a confirmation email I've never gotten a tracking number nothing now I've sent several emails and done everything that support said do and now it doesn't show up in order history so I want my money back for the order thanks Rita Warner rita.[protected]@gmail.com

Whenever I try to pay they keep telling me unable to process my order, that they need additional details to verify my account so I can be able to get back shopping soon. This is so frustrating the first time I ordered my order was cancelled and my money refunded. Please I really need this issue rectify as soon as possible so I can be able to order the things I am really in need of. Thank you.

I have ordered several times from wish. I have all the orders saved in my email. When I click on the link to "view order" it takes me to wish.com but says order number is "null" and my account says I have not placed any orders yet. Where have all my orders gone? I used to be able to go into the orders section and see each order and even notify when I didn't receive an order.

They make up excuses not to refund your money. Their policy is to cancel within 8 hours. When you do that by sending email to customer support, they tell you to wait until you receive the item knowing that would void refund . I also filed a complaint with BBB, Georgia fair trade and a law firm. I documented time I sent cancellation which was within 3-4 hours. If I don't get a refund within 48 hours will have to hire a friend attorney to file papers in small claims court. They should change their refund policy to say no refund but an exchange. They don't tell the truth. Please be cautious...read the refund policy but that doesn't help because they don't follow it. Just $48.90 and they are making excuses not to refund it. Why would a company need that so much. If the refund maybe they would get more customers. Unless you hear others getting their refunds that's when I would think better of them. Just be careful. They have to be a man of their word.

These are the order #'s. Wish canceled my order after taking my $$$ . Refunds were never given even tho it says so on their website. Please help. The email contact for them is a joke and they surely need to be shut down and put out of business. Its $120 they owe me and won't refund me for some reason that they can't even give me. They have no customer service phone number and I think they should be shut down for soo much fraudulent activity.

I placed several orders December 29th, I received the confirmation emails as well as a notification on my phone to say there were 3 payments taken from my card. Everything good, wrong! The next day I received a message there was a problem with my payment and my orders had been cancelled. I sent an email telling them I was very angry because the money had been taken for the items and I wanted it resolved! I received 3 messages from wish for each of the orders I had placed saying the funds had been refunded to me and I could place my orders again. I verified that the funds had indeed been refunded and reordered the items which were still available. When I tried to place the order I received a form on screen to enter new payment details which I did and tried to place an order with the message oops there is a problem with your user account and to go to wish.com /payment-issue. I am unable to purchase the items. They want a copy of my bank statement. Not happening. Now frozen my two cards registered to wish as they once took funds for an article and a couple of weeks later took it again. It wasn't much but it was the action. Can this be resolved!

I had some items ordered from Wish and waiting on delivery. I looked at my account realized most of the items that purchased got refunded as Wish credit of $80.00. Then when I checked my email from Wish stating that my email was recently changed it alarmed me. So I immediately contacted Wish to let them know that this email was not mine. They took my claim and stated that they will review asap. I have not heard from them yet. The email that was changed to is [protected]@peacem.info. please help me with this situation.

Please forward details very urgently I have Ben trying to get this information over the last six days, all I need to see is what I have been invoiced for, I can't understand why it is so difficult for you to expenditure this very simple request, I have a number of charges on my account that I need to confirm, because they are not agreeing to what I have on my files, I egally await your prompt action, failure to act on my request urgently will result in me finding a alternative supplier, that I really would like to avoid. Blankets were the size of a bath towel. I have tried to submit this complaint before. (Right after receiving the blankets but did not know how to attach to attach a picture of product. I ordered 8 blankets. Two of them had black spots but, I am not writing about them. I am very disappointed about the two tiny blankets (blue and red). I need someone to respond.

I have been shopping a lot on wish and all time upp to now was been good, the service have all the time been good, when something have been wrong with a produkt Wish support have all the time been great, but now they did something i did not think was possible. Im always careful to check price and shipping cost. But after i ordre something i never think on to go back on the produkt and check the " Item Details " and the " View Order Details "

I did that when i one day se on my " Klarna " ( mellanhand between my bank and shopper ) that something was totally wrong.

But the fact that 8 different orders from 8 different traders change prices at the same time is almost impossible and when I later click back on the different products the prices are back to the price they were when I placed the order and even the one order there was free is still showing free ... So there are 8 products and 8 shipping prices that change at the same time, how normal is that?
And that not the only strange thing...
5 of the order is ending on the same total price SEK kr717.10
and the last 3 other order end on SEK kr381.55
How possible is that when every order start whit different pris ?

Ofc i contact Wish Customer Support but no help there ...

So all you ppl out there be really careful and check over and over again before you make your order there.

I don't say Wish is bad, but this can't be right...

I have placed an order on 30th Nov and made the money through credit card for home cinema projector and it's been one month the product is not delivered and the delivery date changed multiple times and if I check the details in tracking id it's showing delivered in 2018.

Seriously this is a pathetic website and I'll not recommend to anyone to order from wish.

Now I want to cancel my order and make my money back otherwise I'll take legal action against wish.com company.
