I was told because my item did not process in proper time frame even though I had purchased item prior to item price change. It's not my fault the wish does not process orders in a timely manner. If item is offered for $.50 and fed stipulations are not posted then legally the item must be provided. I should not have needed a refund. I ordered four If said item. Two of each color and was forced to take a refund and could not chat or talk to a real person only a chat bot that you can't even type a question with. Based on contract and purchasing law all stipulations for said purchase must be provided to customer prior to taking payment otherwise it's false advertising. Wish is committing false advertising, theft and credit card fraud. By taking the money under false pretenses even if they refund the amount later is theft and credit card fraud.

I will never in life shop on wish ever again false advertising discount prices I ordered 61 things it was all refund by wish because they didn't want give me the discount prices that they are Advertising what a joke and wish falses to do anything about this company doesn't value their customers they could careless wish is the worst company ever I should read reviews before shopping with them don't believe the limited discount prices it's false advertising

This morning my Bank notified me of suspicious withdrawal s totaling approx $5800
I did not purchase anything from Wish.com in the last month
Fortunately wish.com refunded $800
The $5000 attempted Visa charge was flagged by my bank and rejected...thank GOD
I cancelled my wish.com account this afternoon
Also cancelled my Visa card...The Bank will issue a new one.
PLEASE ...beware do not do business with Wish.com...they will screw you.

I several of their 50 Cent purchases with .25 shipping that gets refunded if you are not the first purchaser to do it, like I had been doing for a while, and I guess I might have won one of them but, the price had skyrocketed up to $48 with $12 shipping. Already disputed the charge with my credit card company. I tried contacting Wish first but, they were far from helpful.

In addition when putting in my details i am also getting a message saying my expiration date is incorrect. This is the first time i am having these issues with Wish.com is there a clitch in your system? I need answers, your instant messages not giving much options to begin with. I'd like someone to reach out and answer my questions please. This is like my 5th email sent. Are you guys still in business i need to know please and thanks.

I am extremely unhappy with the service I have received I have now been waiting over 2 weeks for my full refund they just keep telling me it has been processed and on the 25th of September and will be with me on the 9th of October at the time of this complaint one
Of many it is the 10th of October if this does not get resolved in 2 days time I will be taking this to the onbismun

I have been lost in a cycle of your automated computer responses for over 2 months and the problem is not resolved. I have yet to talk to a real person to resolve it.
Wish has stolen 550.00 as well the reason for the purchase has expired I no longer need what I ordered and since I have had such bad purchase experience I do not ever want to shop with you again. You are in breach of contact and I want my money back.

You keep asking for banking info. I've sent it at least 20 times yet you've seem to of lost my 550.00 credit which was supposed to be credit October 8th and it has not

While making the payment it says I should visit payment issue website. When I visit payment issue website they ask me to upload screen shot of the message I get while making payment. When I do that it says I need to upload photo id. Why should I do that and also there is no space to so. Kindly advice urgently. I have repeatedly followed the instructions but no help. Please do something urgently.

I'm highly disappointed in is advertisement because I been declined every single thing that I tryed order (Limited quality deal ) and it's really start to make me vary annoyed to the point I'm going to stop ordering though this company and start whiteing bad reviews it not my fuilt there not processed I put my orders in on time and they are never responding to me on time to get qualified for them so can you do me a favor and check your staff and I know they're are excepting other orders because my cousin was sitting right here next to me and hers was excepted and processed For the exact same stuff I got and I have wrote several complaints and that neither one would help me on trying to figure it out what is truly going on why I'm getting decline thank you

I orderd a metal detector and was due to come 16th Oct but the tracking says it was deliverd on 3rd of October but also is sayin it left airport on 4th and tracked next 5th then 6th was deliverd to local courier on the 7th Oct so how can it be deliverd on the 3rd. Of October I still have not received the item yet and it cost me £50 it just doesn't make any kind of sense

I have six fraudulent charges against one of my debit cards that I barely use. I noticed that it started on Oct. 3rd for small amounts, but never over $20, but as small as $2.12 with more charges placed on the 7th of Oct. I have reported these charges as fraud and have cancelled my debit card with my bank. I have never signed up for a wish account, I have never placed an order on the wish site. I am not sure how they got my cc info. The card is in my wallet.

My orders that are under review i have not ordered, wish has taken £158.50 out of my bank account for this to someone named

I want my money back. How can a company not do more thorough checks

I have just been looking at the Dumpling Maker and Roller on Wish with a value of $14.00. I entered my Credid Card information and required the purchased items to be delivered to another shipping address and NOT THE ADDRESS on my Credit Card. The information was taken and no approval was gived for the purchase price to be taken from my Credit Card as the delivery address would not be accepted when I entered the correct cdetails. I consider this being a Fraud transaction and would like the cost refunded as I will no longer consider any purchase from Wish with transactione being taken without consent.

Woke up this morning checked account wish has taken over 300 dollars out of my account and I haven't used wish in over 8 months what a joke had to cancel cards and now down 300 with no telephone to ring them on what do I do I'll sue u [censored] for [censored]ing me over what a joke and it's my savings account how the [censored] did this happen now I'm stuck no money and bills to pay

I have made a complaint through resolver regarding an iPad cover which isn't on my order as it was a replacement one that was sent out when the one I had was faulty. Now I didn't get this straight away and if my records are up to date then I am assuming this information plus my messages will be logged on there.. The iPad cover I received didn't reach me until late August, I have been trying to complain with this company since then as due to the iPad cover not having any support to hold my device my iPad as fallen out of it and my charge port is broken, meaning I cannot charge my iPad or use my iPad without force of charging. Now as I stated above I have gone through resolver as I am now without a device due to the cheap rubbish that was sent out to me. I am sick of this company batting my complaints back to me with a fob off, so let me tell you I do not scam nobody and when I purchased in faith I expected a decent cover which was a complete pack of lies to what it stated on order, now when I spoke to somebody through wish he stated another one would come out to me but did I expect a shoddy case with no support to hold my iPad device. Now as I have stated through resolver I want somebody to take this complaint serious as I am in the process of getting this sent higher due to wish not taking responsibility for my device which is now broken on port due to shoddy products sent me. I would like my iPad port replaced or a new iPad sent to me the same spec to the one I have now. I am not tolerating ignorance from this company and I will proceed through the correct manners until this gets resolved as I am fuming with the lack of empathy this company as for its customers.

Limited quantity deals should be taken off the site, I've ordered so many things and every one of them did not go through, I'm sure this is a scam, it's just pretty pointless! Makes me not want to order from wish again. Every item you purchase has it's own shipping price, instead of adding one shipping fee for all of your items, and also have to wait over a month to get your stuff!

I can not tell you how much money I have spent with Wish. But now I'm ready to find somewhere else to shop. Went to buy a pair of boots 4.00 hit add to cart it's now 27.00 and hasnt even added shipping. Dont tell me I cant read the add correctly or that they have some glitch in their system. They know exactly what they are doing. And their shipping is more than the product. No way to complain directly to them, no address. Move to the US and go back to being the old Wish we once loved.

Please provide solution as possible because I really need to purchase the products. I sent an email to the contact support and I was told to read the message from the app and I can't view the message. I hope this app will not make people to run away. Please kindly do something about it. Have order some product and I got the confirmation so why is the second ordering telling me my account needs to be verified
