Wish.comlaptop - no refund after 4 months

I ordered a laptop on January 1, 2019 which was delivered 01/21. However since it did not have an advertised feature, wish agreed to take it back and issue me a refund. The item was sent back via UPS early May with tracking showing it was delivered to the seller in China in May. However I have not received the $372.26 refund so far despite many emails sent to customer service. And the phone number they have just asks me to go online. Don't buy from this bogus company
