Wish.com Refunding and conformation of returns

Wish to complain about the service by wish to clarify a return and issue a refund
Order a computer on the 26 June 2020 and received it on the 06/07/2020 the computer did not work would not start up
Returned it back on the 07/07/2020 after receiving the return form via Hermes which I received a tracing number and passed on, when going to he Hermes site tracking info just keeps saying in transit to the seller
I have written via email 6 times to wish to clarify that the goods have been logged and in the process of being returned to the seller also asked when will my refund will happen
All I get back 4 times is go to your purchase file on the app click onto the computer purchase press return (obviously I've done as had a return label)
then go to customer support which is not there
have explained this to the 4 times all I want is to find out has them or the supplier got conformation of the return and when I am getting my refund
so easy but all you get is an automated system telling you the same thing and get no where
I am going to shut my account down if or when I get my refund can only say Wish never use to be like this don't know what's gone wrong

Wish.com Customer service and product quality

I have attempted to contact wish customer service in every possible way — phone, email, etc. I have come to the conclusion that there is no such thing as wish customer service! I will never ever order anything else from this company. I believe that it is a complete scam. The merchandise I ordered took over a month to arrive. When it finally did come, I received only one of two orders. It was hideous! A complete knock-off of the pair of shoes I had seen on other websites as well as on wish. I learned my lesson — you get what you pay for! The material in the shoes definitely is not leather, as advertised. No one with normal feet possibly could wear these monstrosities, but I can't return them as there are no instructions available for returns. Never buy from this company!

Wish.com 1. Robot answers 2. Wish cash as a "refund" 3. Allowing sellers who do not offer paypal

1. Trying to get a valid relevant appropriate answer to a question is utterly frustrating and is a complete turn off. The "answer" almost deliberately utterly FAILS to address the question and focuses on something that had nothing to do with the question asked. The use of robotic answers is the problem and it is rude and disrespectful to customers to NOT reply appropriately.
2. If I order xyz and the cost plus shipping was a total of $12 and they never turn up and tracking confirms that the items still have not left China then I want a full refund back to my PayPal account. A 10cent "wish cash" is an insult to the customer.
3. I used to enjoy using wish.com with a wide variety of sellers from (mostly) China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and they ALL accepted PayPal. And it was a fair competitive market. but now ONE SELLER in Ukraine is dominating all the sales, and does NOT offer PayPal. you want my custom? Then I ONLY want to pay via Paypal.
So I am wondering if my Wish.com account has been hacked?
because the ONLY seller who comes when I go to Wish.com to buy is the following seller:
Danil Belavin at Maksima Krivonosa 47, Cherkasy, Cherkasy obl, Ukraine, 18031
And that ONE Ukraine seller has NO available PayPal
Hence why I have STOPPED using Wish.com
4. Wish constantly changing the "arrive by date" if an item is extra slow to arrive. If an item cannot reach me after 3 months then it is probably never going to arrive. Wish should arrange a refund through Paypal
5. if WISH.com is going to cease to use PayPal in the near future (as ebay intends to do) then I will shop elsewhere. I trust Paypal.

Wish.com Unauthorized credit card charges

Please help, I did not authorize this company to deduct $50 every month from my viza. I called them but got an answer read from a script. I am on social security and cannot afford this money taken out every month, they are maxing out my account.

I don't know why you lock people out who is trying to pay? You have also locked out money due to me

I have ordered from you for almost 3 years
I spent Thousands of dollars. I know how to treat customers
Your service is absolutely terrible. I only ordering a few items recently because i am digusted on uour business protocol. I have provided the proper papers showing my identity. I am blown away the way I have been treated. The funny thing is one account I forgot to pay. 6 months later you still will not let me pay!
I am telling everyone I used to brag about Wish how your business is also the customer service is horrible. Please rectify all accounts and return me my money due. If you don't want your money then oh well however I want mine. If this isn't resolved I will be contacting the better business bureau. I look forward to your response

Wish.com New upgrade ky601g explosion drone 5g

I ordered a drone from them on May 25, 2020 order # 5ecc1311749daf5b239982e4 I received it july 14, 2020 over a month past the delivery date they said when i ordered it. opening the package immediately seen that the remote was damaged. i get my phone right then and went to the customer support and reported it damaged and sent them pictures. few days later they said that the seller would replace the remote. i said i had inspected the drone and it also had damage to one of the wings and overall it was very cheap quality that i wanted a full refund. they will not answer me back. only a couple of emails saying that i had to request it on the app through customer support i told them that i had done that 20 times and no reply.today is the 24th no reply.. this thing was $147.00 I want all my money can u please help.

Wish.com wish took my money and didn't give me my jewelry

ive made 3 purchases/ june 3nd /5ed7af6910af, 622222fl3696 I have not received my deliveries. If I can receive them okay if not I WANT MY MONIES BACK! I feel like im getting the runaround.

i made(2) purchases on the third of June., 2020. 30.60 and 11.52. ON JULY 23, 2020 I made a purchase of $9.60.

THE dates keep changing It started JUNE3. now ithe date is changing to October.

Wish.com False advertising and poor customer service

After making an initial purchase and finding out how long shipping would take coming from China, they gave an estimated 90 days, I made another purchase of similar products from only vendors specifically labeled "Shipped from United States". No matter where in the United States the items were shipped, they should have arrived sooner then 90 days, even using the slow USPS. There's no way to see estimated arrival or where items are shipping from till after purchase. All items that I purchased labeled "Shipped from United States" were shipped from China. I contacted customer service and told them this and gave them screen shots of the proof of advertising of shipping from United States. They refused to address the issue, they would only talk about how I had to wait for the ETA date before saying something should have arrived and other shipping excuses, nothing at all related to the false advertising. This is the worst customer service I've ever received.

Wish.com All of the soft I ordered

I ordered about 17th soft from you they told me that I receive them before the end of this month now they told me that I would be able to get them until October. If you let me know this before I placed the order I won't have and I don't know if this wish is real or not. By October I won't have any use for soft that I ordered. I ordered 9 different items on wish on 19 May 2020 coming to a total of £29.37. My delivery time has constantly been pushed back every time it gets close to the date. It now ststes that my item wont arrive until 20 August.
I understand delays due to COVID19 however this is unacceptable. Their website is all automated and doesnt allow me to speak to anyone directly or file a complaint. I now believe their website is purposly designed this way, to avoid having to provide real customer service.

I just want my order to be cacelled and to be fully refunded. I needed my items for this month (July) and purposely ordered 2 months ahead of time to allow for any difficulties, however this has gone on too long. I have never received such poor customer service in my life. Im very dissapointed considering the scale of this company. They have cause me nothing but stress and I can assure you, when I receive my refund, I will never be shopping with or recommending this company to a sign soul.

I trust this matter will be handled accordingly.

Wish.com Ordered a simple set of brushes. Having absolutely no luck geting straight answers from wish

I ordered a simple set of art brushes in May, and the delivery date has been pushed back till September. This is outrageous..My next stop may be the BBB, and a Lawyer. I know the set is only 30 bucks, but it is the principle of the thing now .They refuse to give a refund and cancel the order.I have contacted the WISH complaint dep several times. I am not even sure if it is really a department . They seem to simply have a rotating, never ending system of dead ends set up to APPEAR, as if they are concerned and handling the problem, when in fact they simply send you through a neverending revolving door, that simply leads you right back to the beginning again. The first response asks you to file a detailed complaint using the order number etc. The response is really a NON response with a generic excuse . When I asked for a refund, they said, the window for a refund has closed, since the item has already been shipped. However the item has been sitting in Bejing at one location for 38 days now, and not moving. When I asked them for a refund again they simply keep sending me a notice asking for my order number AGAIN. When I send them my order number for the fifth time, they simply send me back through the same chain only to end up at the same dead end AGAIN. They still refuse to refund my money, for an item that I may never actually receive .

Wish.com Issues about my user account

Every time I go to checkout to pay, it says, there is something wrong with your user account, they then sent me a message to download bank statements relating to purchases from wish. I then downloaded the relevant bank statements and sent them a photo of my bank statement, which stated that I purchased items from wish in November 2019, I have downloaded several pictures of myself, have updated my profile, and they still come back with please download a photo of myself, what do I do now, please help, have been on wish for a few years. Please reply. Val Durham x

Wish.com Order not received - only partial refund for shipping given

Ordered from Wish back in May 2020, items was tracked as still in China, the delivery window was forever being extended, contacted this company to ask for refund but they have an automated service that says because it is within the shipping window no refund can be given, eventually was given partial refund for the shipping and asked to contact support services after 11/07/2020 to obtain a full refund if items still not received. the item has never been received and now when I go onto the app, it basically states issue resolved refund issued, even though it was only the shipping refund and not the full amount. absolutely shocking company, no customer service at all and no real person to call and formally make an official complaint.

The item RC829803399CN was no received on July 14th2020 the item RQ829109156CN was I hit the wrong answer to the question that was ask if I got the my delivery so since I made that mistake will my package still get delivered to me?

Wish.com 3 electric bikes

I paid for these bikes on the 28th june, it is now the 14th july. I had a message that 1 bike was out of stock, even though I paid for it nearly a month ago and it was in stock then. I keep having an automated message back from wish, that send you to a blank page, no messages from them about this.
This is very poor customer services
I keep asking but no reply.

Wish.com Blouses

I ordered some blouses. What I ordered wasnt what I received the quality was extremely cheap to say the least on like the blouses that was displayed on the site. Two of the blouses they said they we would refund. The third they ask for a shipping label. Which to me doesn't make any since in less there trying to scam me out some of my refund. They were ordered at the same time and besides the color, it's clear to see there all from the same manufacturer.

I purchased some blouses and what I received wasn't what I ordered. The blouses on the site appeared to be quality the blouses I received wasn't fit to line a dog cage. They said they'd refund me for 2 the other they asked to see a shipping label (which I can't find) to try to skim me out of a full refund for all 3. Which is ridiculous because as shown in the photo the shirts look the same just different color. I took a screen shot of the blouses on there site and the blouses I received. As you can see there's a big difference in quality.

Wish.com Every item I've ordered

I have ordered 4 items from wish and have yet to receive any of them, they did refund the shipping on one of the items but have yet to receive it. It's been over 2 1/2 months and still nothing on any item. Their tracking is non-existent, I will never order anything from them again, I only hope I can at least get my money back, I'm ready to turn them over to paypal. I've ordered stuff from china on ebay and they don't seem to have a problem. I'm done with Wish.
