Last 3 months I couldn't used my account. So, in August my account wasn hucked, sombady order some watch and I charged my credit card. After that I wasn't able to log to into my account and forced to cancel my credit card.
I was writing mail to you costumer service couple day and finaly thay start to work on my problem on the and of August. Thay investigate about this transaction and back me my account and also refund money into my account.
I tried to order couple things and wish cancel my order asked me for my bank statment what I send couple time and stil after 3 month I have same issues. First, I am very disappointed about the fact that my prive information wasnt safe. You alowed that someone charge my credit card without my permission and also see some of my personal information as my mail, addres, phone number. Second I want you to back my account and my monay. This is really unprofessional.
