Please let me know where my package is at because the wish app is not up to date. Inhabe been trying to contact you people for a couple weeks now and I still have no response. Simple: the case has the cutouts (for buttons, charger) incorrectly placed; the cutouts on the back are correct but the ones on the end are incorrect. The ones on the end would match if the Kindle was facing the case but then the Kindle would be pretty useless. I need to know how to return the item (although honestly it's worthless) for a total refund of $6.25.

MISSING PARTS.
I can't find this item in my wish cart history since I have ordered my derma pen a long time ago, therefore I have no tracking number or order number, that is my reason for writing on the complaint registration form and not on the Customer support >missing parts and items.
My derma pen came without a needle cartridge...I did receive the dermapen and cables

I just received notice from the post office that several of my packages have arrived and I am shocked that I will have to pay an additional R24 Per package to get them from the post office. It is all just Not worth it if i still have additional charges after paying for shipping. Had somebody told me that in the first place I would have NEVER bought the stuff especially not the amount of stuff that i bought. As it stands i need to pay the post office R192 to collect 8 packages and I have about that many packages which have not arrived as yet.

I went to buy a couple of items on wish.com. I clicked on pay now. All of a sudden my total went from $30.00 up to $421.00. When i realised i cancelled the order straight away. I have attached a copy of the order summary. It happened on the 7th December 2017. They gave me a refund. I have copies of the rest of the order if you need that let me know please

I ordered over $300 exact $374 I believe worth of items from wish I have not received them and I tried changing the sizes to the items which were a daily clothing, I did receive the baby clothing but I have not received the adult clothing and I'm looking on wish and it says that it has been delivered November 18th which has not been delivered. When I first ordered it said that my last order would be delivered by December 8th I have not received any of the orders... Can someone please contact Christmas is in 2 weeks and I have nothing to give out to my family that I've already paid for .

You are false advertizing your phones. what you say and show is different in price than what you advertise. This is illegal, in the entire usa. Should you care to avoid a law suit I suggest you rectify this and give me the phone as advertised or i shall file a claim with attorney general and a class action law suit.

It were money taken out of my account and I cancel the order and it were taken out 2 times. It were $ 46 and some change. Wish needs someone in customer service to answer the phone there is no customer support whats so ever also when u go to check out b sure its just the one item your buying not doubled up for some reason there site likes to double your items at checkout. I purchased some boots for my daughter for Christmas but they came today and as soon as I brought in my package they smelled like deisal fuel or some kind of chemical so bad I had to take them outside and there is no way I can give this toxic item for a gift. Worse yet the seller shipped with a small bag of potpourri so they knew they were toxic either from glue or chemicals where they were stored or made of really disappointed won't recommend wish to Anyone since there seems to be no recourse.

I bought several items as Christmas presents and one was a blouse and it turned out to be too small. Another was a set of rings( His and Hers) and the woman's ring is too small since they came in the mail I've been trying to get a hold of someone to exchange them, my problem is the email I placed the order under can't be retrieved by myself or Google. Eveytime I've sent an email to Wish they would send me the same response, even after I explained everything. And I've tried calling the 1-800 # and was sent to sight. I just want to exchange these items and find out where my first order is it was a Urn Necklace still haven't received it and ordered it over a month ago.
I'm getting a lot fed up with this entire process.

I ordered two wigs that I was supposed to have received on march 9th and 10th of March I have not received any of them did not report because I had forgotten about it now I look through my ordering history I see them can you please send me my products please you'll should be sending your products through ups so that the costumers have to sign for them because some products is to big to put in the mail box.

I found a wallet in the street and my friend offered to take it to police station for me as she lives nearby. A credit card from the wallet was used to purchase some things on geek wish.com and because I was seen on CCTV picking up the wallet, I am being charged for this crime. I have a transaction I.d. and need to know who ordered the items and where they were sent. I don't have a criminal record and I am a paramedic, this could potentially end my career. Please help me.
