Wingstop review: service

I had the worst experience at this location this was not first time I asks to speak to the manager leslie said what I want like who answer the phone like she told me to hold on she put oscar on the phone people started laughing like things was funny. I asks why I didn't get ranch with my food he stated I didn't have a meal but the lady on the phone asks did I want ranch or blue cheese. I don't understand I need get a call asap from the store manager I work for the heath department I will make complaint on this store for what I have seen...
