I had cancelled appointments, but I have a 86 year old mother who I take care of and she is on Veterans Homebound benefits. Now the last cancellation was after my boyfriend got wrong the information I had said! That was Not to make any more appointments until I can get a home health aide for my mother. I called immediately back and told the gentleman my issue he understood said nothing about getting dismissed from that practice. There was nothing I can do I tried to make the appointments, and they had everything all screwed up. I spent a total of 1 second with the doctor and was confused on why he was taking the two front uppers out instead of explaining and getting this done they wanted a whole another appointment. IT WAS EXPALINED TO THEM ALSO! I have disabilities also and was left to listen to some woman scream at some nurse that upset me and could have caused another issue.
Desired outcome: reconsideration I canceled immediately and explained my situation and there was no issue at the time
