This place is the worst, I tell ya. They don't know what they're doing. They'll give you a whole bunch of excuses about how cases are hard, but even a newbie law student could handle my case. I got all the proof to back up what I'm saying. Don't trust 'em with your settlement, they might mess it up.

I got hit from behind and my neck and back were messed up. I called William Mattar and they were real nice and helped me out. When someone hurts you, it's a pain in the butt because you didn't do nothing to deserve all the doctor visits, bills, and the no-fault insurance people being jerks. Even though my case got settled, I'm still getting turned down for treatment by no-fault. Before I hired William Mattar, I read some reviews from other folks and figured out that if you're a real person, you'll appreciate the help they give you. But if you're one of those people who are never happy, you'll find something to complain about. There's all these ads on TV saying you can get millions of dollars for a car accident, but that's a bunch of baloney. The only people who get big money are the ones who went up against a big company or someone with a lot of insurance, and they had really bad injuries. If you get hurt in a car accident, you gotta be realistic. There's a bunch of rules and stuff that lawyers and insurance companies gotta follow, and there's a lot of people involved in any case. The William Mattar team took care of all that for me, kept me calm, explained everything, and got me some justice. I gotta give them props because they really care about helping people. I'd rather work with people who care than people who just see me as a dollar sign. I felt like I was part of the family with William Mattar.

I had a big car crash in November . I hired this law office while I was in the hospital after the accident. Now, I have serious damage from being hit from behind at 60mph while I was stopped because the driver was texting. I need multiple surgeries on my back and neck to fuse multiple discs. My neck also has multiple injuries that involve nerve damage and crushed root nerves that can't be operated on. This wasn't some fall on a sidewalk, this case will settle for a lot of money. Since they were my lawyers, I have NEVER talked to a lawyer and don't even know WHO they are. When I call to talk to him, I get some paralegal that doesn't know anything because they're not a lawyer. I'm okay with this, but I expect at LEAST one phone call or in-office visit in 7 months. They could make hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees from my case and started the settlement process before I was even fully diagnosed...with just a letter in the mail. I fired them this morning and they didn't even seem to care. For the record, I called their office 4 times in 7 months so I wasn't bothering them or anything. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know because I feel like they just want quick settlements and don't care about how their clients are doing or asking about any problems that may have come up since the last time they talked to a client. I've had better attention from Nigerian email scammers trying to get a few hundred dollars from me than from William Mattar's law office that could make 6 figures from my case. Personal attention is important to have a trusting relationship and if my lawyer is too busy to even talk to me ONCE in 7 months, he doesn't get my money. Period. My new lawyer was eager for me to come to his office and talk. That's already more than WM offered me in 7 months.

I got in a scooter crash in Oswego, NY and got hurt bad. I called up William Mattar Law Offices and they said they'd help me out. We had a hearing on December 8th, but now my lawyer Brendon won't answer my calls or emails. I'm not sure what's happening.
