This website, Bestcustom.co, is absolutely terrible. They are a bunch of scammers who will steal your money. It's disgusting how they operate. They should go and rob people in their own dirty, disease-spreading country.

Lousy busines. Order not recived and no correspondence from company after numerous atempts. Payment was taken imediately, however. Online reviews of this company are almost all negative.

I still ain't got the thing I paid for like a month ago. My order number is BCMC35962.

I bought a doormat from Bestcustom.co and it was all floppy and not good at all. I tried to send it back but they told me they don't take returns or give money back.

I bought a blanket from Bestcustom.co on 11/26/22 for $69.99. They said it was shipped, but I contacted them on 12/10/22 and they said they were behind. I tried to get a tracking number, but now it's 12/20/22 and I still haven't received any response from the company.

On 8/1/2022, I placed an order for 2 keepsake items, which cost me a total of $165. The tracking of my order has been all over the place, not very consistent, you know? And here's the thing, they didn't even give me a customer service number to reach out to. So, I've been trying to get in touch with them through their online form, but guess what? No response, nada. I've made several attempts, but it feels like I'm just talking to a brick wall, you feel me?

I ordered a blanket from this site called https://bestcustom.co/. They sent me tracking info that said it was delivered, but I never got it. Every time I ask for help, they just keep sending me the same tracking info. They don't have a phone number, and the address they gave me is not a real business. This site is definitely a scam.

So, I ordered something from Bestcustom.co, but guess what? They claimed that they delivered it, but I never got it! I talked to their customer service, and they basically told me that if the post office said it was delivered, tough luck for me. Now I'm out of my hard-earned money and the product I wanted. Bestcustom.co doesn't seem to care about us regular folks and making things right for their customers who actually support their business.

I bought somethin' from the Bestcustom site I seen on ***. But when I read the return/cancellation policy, I changed my mind 'bout my purchase. It said I could cancel or change my order within 11 hours of placin' it. So I sent 3 emails durin' that time and 5 more in the weeks after. But dang, ain't nobody responded to my emails. They don't even give a phone number on the site. I had to go and file a dispute with PayPal 'cause of this mess.

I ordered stuff from this company last year, but I still ain't got no response. My wife missed out on her Birthday Present, Christmas present, Valentines present, and now we're waiting on our Anniversary gifts. We ordered from this company, but we ain't got nothing yet. No response, no nothing. This company can't be trusted, seems like they're running a scam instead of a legit business. Their customer service is terrible, and I ain't happy at all. I ordered two things from this site and I messed up, but I emailed them right away to tell them. They said they'd get back to me in less than 24 hours, but it actually took them 48 hours. After 24 hours, I figured out I could send a message on messenger, so I did. They sent me a picture showing they fixed it, but when I got the stuff, it still wasn't fixed. I told them it wasn't fixed, and then they said it was too late, they couldn't fix it fast enough.

I bought somethin' online from this company in early December. Since then, they've been givin' me the runaround about my purchase. I asked 'em for a full refund, and they said I'd get it in an email. But guess what? I still ain't got nothin' from this shady company. They've had plenty of time to fix things, but it seems like they don't care. I shouldn't have to go through all this just to get my money back for somethin' I never even got. I appreciate any help you can give me to sort this mess out.

I ordered somethin' from Bestcustom.co on 2/10 and got an email on 2/12 sayin' my order was on its way. They even gave me a trackin' number for ***. So, on 2/13, I checked *** website and it said the package was en route to *** e-commerce distribution center. But since then, I ain't heard nothin'. I emailed bestcustom four times, and finally on 2/23, they sent me an email sayin' sorry for the delay and that the package was shipped out, just waitin' for the carrier to pick it up. I asked *** where the heck my package is, and they said if it's been more than 10 days, I should contact the company. Honestly, at this point, I just want my money back.

So, there's this online store called "Bestcustom" that sells all sorts of stuff for your home, like those fancy canvas prints. I decided to buy two items from them on 11/28/22 using my credit card. Fast forward about two weeks, and guess what? One of the items I received was totally messed up. It was a complete dud, I tell ya!

Now, here's the thing. I've been playing by their rules and following their return and refund policy to a T. I've sent them countless emails, but guess what? No replacement, no refund. Nada. Zilch. It's like they don't even care!

I did a little snooping around, and it seems like this business is run out of some apartment in ***. Can you believe it? They were so quick to process my order, like within an hour, but now it's been a whole month of me trying to get a replacement or my money back, and it's been a big fat failure.

I'm just a regular person, you know? I trusted them with my hard-earned cash, and all I got in return was disappointment. It's frustrating, to say the least. So, if you're thinking of buying from Bestcustom, I'd say proceed with caution. They might not have your back when things go wrong.

On 12/16/22, I bought 5 keepsake stuff from Bestcustom.co for $164.95. I also paid $49.99 for super fast shipping, so the total amount charged to my credit card was $214.94. Then, on 12/20/22, I got an email with a *** tracking number saying that a tracking label was made. However, on 12/21/22, the tracking status didn't change at all. Since there's no phone number to call, I decided to reach out to the company online. Their response was just the same as the shipping email, giving me a tracking number and blaming the shipping carrier for the delays. But here's the thing, I actually talked to someone at *** about this package. Feeling frustrated, I reached out again on 12/24/22 and this morning on 12/26/22 after speaking with ***, who told me that they never received the package to send it to me. They asked me to contact the sender. So far, there's been no update. I asked for a refund, but I haven't received any response yet.

I got the item on 11/04/22 and it looked nothin like the photo. The sizin was way off. The material was not what I expected. The sleeves were completely different. It's like a whole different thing from what they showed in the photo. The model in the photo is all slim and the item has short sleeves, but what I got is clearly plus sized with way longer sleeves. They say it's one size fits all, but there's no way the item in the photo is what I got. They also say they'll give a refund if the item ain't as described. At first, they said they'd replace it, so they must admit there's a problem. But why replace it if they're just gonna send the same thing? So I asked for a refund instead. The item in the photo ain't even real or they would've sent it 'cause that's what I bought. But they won't give me a refund like they promised. I attached 4 photos of me wearin the item. You can see how it's way too big on me with loose sleeves down to my wrists, while the model's wearin it all fitted with short sleeves. I also attached the photo of the item I was expectin from their website. There's no way that's the same thing as what's on the model.

I ordered a portrait canvas from Best Custom on 2/7/2022. I was happy with the result, so I placed another order on 2/17/2022 for two more canvases. One of them was a personalized portrait canvas sized 24" x 34", and the other was a pre-made canvas for Mother's Day. The total for the second order was $83.99. However, I have an issue with the personalized portrait canvas that cost $69.99 before tax. The company made a mistake with the printing, and the canvas I received doesn't match the picture preview they showed me when I made the payment. The portrait was adjusted to the left, cutting off my hair and part of my face. I tried to get them to remake the canvas, but they declined. They sent me a screenshot of the preview they showed me at checkout and offered a 10% refund instead. I refused and pointed out that their email response confirms my complaint because the canvas I received doesn't match the preview due to the picture alignment. They sent a second email declining to resend another canvas or refund my money. They also provided a different screenshot of the order preview, which now matches the canvas I received. This shows that they are trying to hide their mistake by sending me two different previews in their responses. It seems like they are avoiding taking responsibility for their error. My order number is BCMC2669. At this point, I want a full refund for the canvas since they don't want to send me a canvas that matches the first preview they showed me. Their customer service is terrible.
