    Good Afternoon,
Thanks for making contact. Unfortunately, we are not able to locate your account on our system using your username. Could you please email [email protected] with the details. We can then look into your complaint and provide next steps on the matter. I'm sorry that you have been charged on a recurring basis. This would tell us that you initially signed up to a recurring package and have not requested for your subscription to be cancelled. In any event, we are happy to put things right for you once we can locate you on our systems and see what actually happened.

Once again we are very sorry if this has caused any inconvenience.

We look for to hearing from you.
