I hired Highbridge to make me a new two-story deck on the front of my crib. The work was pretty good, no cap. I talked to Chrestos, the project manager, and Rommel, the main builder, almost every day. They were both chill and worked hard. I felt like they really cared about their work and wanted to do a good job for me.

Hired Highbridge Construction to install our in-ground pool 5 years ago, and we're super happy with the result. This year, we had them back to install artificial grass, and once again, we're thrilled with the outcome. Their price is fair, and their service is top-notch. Would definitely recommend and hire them again for future projects.

I had a problem with my floor sagging between the kitchen and dining room. I called Highbridge and they came to check it out. They checked my floor and confirmed it wasn't a structural issue. They did the work we agreed on. The staff and repairmen were really great to work with. The work was done on time. This company was excellent. If I need other repairs, I'll call them first.

Highbridge fixed my ceiling leak and put in a new roof at my crib. They were quick to respond, showed up on time, and did a bang-up job. They kept me in the loop the whole way through and *** even hit me up to make sure everything was on point. The price was fair and didn't change from the original quote. They even hooked me up with a dope "before and after" photo album of their work. Overall, I was stoked with their service.

Highbridge Construction was a total disaster from the start. We had so many problems and they had to redo almost everything they did. There were days when there were no workers at all. A 4-6 month project turned into a year and a half. They kept firing people and the new workers didn't know what was going on. My husband had to manage the project because the Highbridge people were so bad at their job. We had to move in with our son because of all the delays. It was one of the worst experiences ever!

Our experience with this company was amazing, from the start to the end of the job. The project manager, Sean B, was always there and available from the beginning to the end of the project. The crew on site was great. Lay Lay and Newton were nice and thoughtful of our comfort during a job that caused a lot of chaos in the house since the floors of both the main and second levels were torn up. They prepared the floors for the tiles with knowledge, persistence, and really hard work. Then they laid the tiles so beautifully that we couldn't be happier with the final results. This company was a joy to work with from the first phone call to the final work through of the site by the project manager!

Had a bad experience with Highbridge Construction. They seemed nice at first, but delivery time was terrible. It took forever for the designer to make a plan for our bathroom renovation, even though we picked out all the materials in the winter. We should be enjoying our new bathroom by now, but there have been excuses and delays. I don't think they're a legit business that can deliver on their promises. The staff is nice, but that's not enough. The proof is in the pudding.

Highbridge Construction was a lifesaver for us when we needed our house fixed up. Other companies were too busy or didn't even bother to call back, but Highbridge came through. The guy who came to check out the job, *** was his name, saw that it was serious and gave us a good price. He treated it like an emergency without ripping us off. Who else would do that? He sent workers in between other jobs to get it done fast. They worked long hours, even on a Friday night, and did a great job. They were quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. We felt respected the whole time. There were a few small things that needed fixing, but they took care of it right away. We would definitely recommend Highbridge Construction. Thanks to everyone who worked on our house! 5 stars!

Highbridge construction did an amazing job on my backyard! They made it so I don't have to do much to keep it looking great. The team was really helpful and took my ideas and made them a reality. They even came up with some cool ideas for my oddly shaped yard. The pool they put in is amazing and the artificial grass looks so real. The customer service was top-notch and they kept me in the loop the whole time. The electricians were great too and always showed up on time. They finished everything on time and it all looks amazing. I will definitely be using them again for any future renovations. Highly recommend!

I had a project with Highbridge Construction and it was a bit of a bummer. I wish I had seen the review from *** before I hired them. The staff was nice, even the workers who came to my house. But the project coordinator said it would only take a couple of days to replace the tiles around my tub/shower. I needed it done before my son's family came to visit, but it ended up taking a whole month. They kept saying they had the tiles, but they didn't and had to order more. The workers didn't show up when they said they would and sometimes didn't come back at all. The final product wasn't great either. The tiles were still dirty, the wall wasn't sanded or painted, and the ceiling had red spots from the waterproofing. I could have complained and not paid, but I just wanted them gone after a month of this.

Had a bad experience with Highbridge Construction. Contacted them in June for a quote and they missed some details. After 9 weeks of no response, we called customer service and got a new quote for 14k plus tax. Approved it, but project manager left and delays kept happening. Second project manager left too and no one else handled our file. New project manager asked for another site visit and gave us a new estimate with a 30k increase. Very frustrating and lost 5k.

I had a very good experience dealing with Highbridge Construction. Their customer service from start to finish was excellent. The completion of the project was done quickly and the quality of the work was beyond my expectations. I would like to acknowledge *** for their professionalism and great work - thank you! I will definitely look to Highbridge again for any home renovations, and I would most definitely recommend their services to my family and friends.

There was a water leak in my condominium which was extensively damaged as a result of this leak. Highbridge Construction's team not only performed the required restoration work and repairs in a highly professional and timely manner, but it also exceeded my expectations by accomplishing tasks outside the scope of its mandate. This company distinguishes itself as a champion in construction and a top-ranked leader in its area of expertise. The job was for electrical work and some bathroom and flooring upgrades. The work changed over time, with some things being removed and others added. We still haven't received a final list from Highbridge. They started in June, but only some of the work is done and it's not good (walls damaged, tile wrong). It's now October and they've taken most of the money, but aren't finishing or telling us how much they've spent. We asked for a cost breakdown, but they didn't give it and aren't saying when they'll finish. We even found another contractor, but we're stuck because we don't know if they'll finish or give us our money back.
