Whitaker Roofing has done a great job for me. A consultant named Myles Communicated with me directly through the whole process. There was another supervisor that was on my property while the work was being done. Keeping me informed through the process and quality work are the two things ive apreciated most with Whitaker.

Today my roof was totally replaced by Whitaker Roofing Company, it looks amazing, the best looking roof on the block. My representative was David, he really knows his stuff. He wasn't pushy like so many others, he explained what he saw and what would be best to fix it. I put my trust in him, he showed real integrity. I told him his parents raised him well. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with and always responsive to our calls and questions. Whitaker roofing is the best! Scott Smith was very professional. The roofing crew did a great job! A section of the roof had sunk because the age of the house, Whitaker roofing replaced the wood, a new roof and gutters. Everything was done at a reasonable price! and it looks Great! Whitaker Roofing Company was great to work with for my roof replacement. John Smith was my account representative and he helped start the claim with my insurance company and with my HOA for the replacement approval. He was also here when the adjustors came out to inspect the roof. The roofers did an amazing job and when they finished, other than the new roof, you couldn't tell they had been here. Everything was as clean as it was before they started. The whole team did an awesome job and the new roof looks great!

He provided us with his cell phone number and email address to expedite answers to our many inquiries. The representative definitely reduced our stress level by walking us through the entire process from insurance questions, inspection, quote, shingle options, warranty and the finished project. The roof looks amazing, was installed on time, the crew respected our property and the cleanup was great. We are very pleased that we chose Whitaker to replace our roof.

I was nervous about getting my roof replaced especially since my insurance company left it up to me to find a company to replace my roof. Customer service is everything and Taylor was very detailed in explaining the entire process to me. Never had a problem contacting Taylor with questions about my roof. I would definitely recommend and hope they are blessed enough to have the same experience I did.

Whitaker Roofing was amazing! Very fast and professional job. The roof they installed in a day looks great and has been through many rains with no problems. The representative David was very professional and honest. It was nice having a conversation with someone in customer service/relations that acted like a human being. Too many times have I ran into people in customer service that act more like robots then the actual robots you deal with on the phone before you get to someone. Only for that person to read from a script and not have a genuine conversation with you. With that I say thanks David for making me feel comfortable with my decision and giving outstanding and genuine customer service.

I was selling a rental property in [location] and kind of at the last minute decided to replace the roof. I reached out to Whitaker Roofing Company and very quickly they were able to scope the project and provide a cost estimate, providing some valuable feedback as to things that were OK with the roof and things that needed attention. Once we decided to move forward, Whitaker Roofing Company was able to get me on the schedule...even though closing was only a few days away. The crew arrived on time and wrapped up their work the same day. Quite a relief given all the other stresses that go along with selling a property. I'm very grateful to Whitaker Roofing Company and the entire team for their attention to detail and project execution. Douglasville, GA My experience with WRC Roofing was AMAZING. Yes, I was skeptical at first due to it being a door to door representative(s) but David and Jacob were very professional and lots of fun. They explained the process throughly with the possibility of having my insurance pay for a new roof if showing enough damage. They advised they would meet the adjuster just call once the appointment was made. They stayed while I called my insurance company and helped navigate the process(which was AWESOME). Long story short they followed through with meeting the claims adjuster and my insurance company paid for my new roof. The best part of this experience, the roof was replaced in 1/2 a day. It is the Best looking Roof on the block. If choose to work with this company ask for either David or Jacob. I can only vouch for the experience I had with them!

AFTER A STORM IN 2021, I CONTACTED WHITAKER ROOFING COMPANY FOR THEM TO PERFORM AN EVALUATION OF MY ROOF. JAMES WHITAKER CAME AND TOOK A LOOK AT THE DAMAGE. HE WALKED ME THROUGH WHAT HE SAW AND INITIALLY INFORMED ME THAT A ROOF REPLACEMENT WAS NOT NEEDED THE FIRST TIME. DURING THIS INITIAL MEETING WITH JAMES, HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, HAD A GREAT PERSONALITY AND STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I IMMEDIATELY RECOMMENDED JAMES TO TWO OF MY FRIENDS AND TOLD THEM TO HAVE HIM EVALUATE THEIR ROOFS. IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THEY BOTH NEEDED ROOF REPLACEMENTS AND THEY WERE VERY PLEASED THAT JAMES HANDLED ALL PAPERWORK, PHONE CALLS WITH THEIR INSURANCE COMPANIES AND TOOK GREAT CARE OF THEM. HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN ALL THAT WOULD OCCUR DURING THE PROCESS. IN 2022 JAMES DID A FOLLOW UP AT MY HOME AND PERFORMED ANOTHER EVALUATION OF THE ROOF. THIS TIME IT WAS DETERMINED THAT SOME OF THE DISCONTINUED SHINGLES WERE MISSING AND OTHERS WERE COMING OFF THE ROOF AND THERE WAS A NEED FOR REPLACEMENT. A CLAIM NEEDED TO BE FILED WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND THE ENTIRE APPROVAL PROCESS TOOK SEVERAL MONTHS. JAMES HANDLED ALL THE COMMUNICATION AND PAPERWORK WITH THE INSURANCE ADJUSTER TO ENSURE ALL THE DETAILS WERE COVERED. JAMES WAS VERY RESPONSIVE, COMMUNICATED FREQUENTLY WITH ME AND WAS ON SITE DURING THE ROOF REPLACEMENT. JAMES AND HIS TEAM WERE PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL AND DID A GREAT JOB ON THE ROOF WHICH LOOKS AWESOME. THE QUALITY OF WORK PROVIDED WAS DONE IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP ALL AREAS.
